With the happened of the Sino-Japanese War and the Gengzi Incident,and so on,in the late 19 th century and early 20 th century,the dark clouds of ruining China hang over in the hearts of every Chinese.In order to get rid of the crisis,China put down the shelves of the "Celestial Empire",began to "take the Japan as a teacher" took the initiative to cross the country and went to Japan to seek a better way to save China.In the late Qing Dynasty,the expedition emerging about education survey in Japan in this atmosphere,and the rapid development during actively participate from all sectors of society.During this period,the Japanese women's education has had the system and scale when it had already developed for decades after the Meiji Restoration.Visiting staff in Japan visited a wide range of schools in Japan,women's schools were also natural to enter their field of vision,which had reflected from "The Notes of the Survey of Education to Japan".It is the study of the Japanese women's schools,which has led to the transformation of the concept of women's education in modern China.As an important carrier of modern Japanese women 's education,from "The Notes of the Survey of Education to Japan" which has become the object of study about this paper,and the paper tries to analyze the role of this kind of communication in promoting the modernization of women' s education in China.The paper is divided into four parts:The first part: Introduction.It summarizes the origin and research significance of this research,analyzes the current situation of predecessors' research and the enlightenment to this research,and expounds the theoretical basis and research methods of this research.The second part: the background and profile of education survey about Japan in the late Qing Dynasty.The first,it analyzes the background on the education survey about Japan in the late Qing Dynasty from five aspects that are more and more shortcoming rising of traditional education,the failure of Westernization Education,the booming of domestic promote education,the establishment of researching Japanese education policy from Qing Government,and Japan's "positive" response;The second,as a clue with the time.It analyzes the situation from the rising to fadingon education survey about Japan in the late Qing Dynasty.The third part: The spread of modern Japanese women's education about "The Notes of the Survey of Education to Japan".The first,analyzes the main contents of the spread of modern Japanese women's education in China,that are the women's educational concept of nationalism,the institutional arrangement of women's education,the curriculum of women's education,and the main methods of women's education.The second,the main features of the modern Japanese women's education in China,that are "save China so that it may survive" for the mission;promoting progressive education;promoting scientific education;consideration to both traditional feminine virtues and modern scientific knowledge and skills.The fourth part: the influence of modern Japanese women's education on modern Chinese women's education.The first,it analyzes the reference of the late Qing Dynasty Women's school charter to modern Japanese women's education from two aspects that are the reference to the rules and regulations of the "Women's Primary School Articles" and the blueprint of the "Women's Normal School Charter" establishment.The second,it analyzes the late Qing Dynasty gentry women's education concept of change to promote the creation on of women's school from two aspects that the gentry to encourage their own women to go to school and the gentry is committed to the female school faculty selection and training.
