Research On The Management Status Quo Of Campus Sports Associations In Taiwan

With the development of higher education,the group of university students plays an important role in social life.However,the rapid development also accompanies with an urgent problem that how to foster comprehensive ability in students in the new time.Through research and analysis,we find that campus sports associations can provide good chances for students to grow all-roundly,while universities in mainland commonly face lots of difficulties in developing and promoting them.So this paper attempts to explore effective guides to sports associations'development as well as solutions for existing problems,which are based on the research of histories of development of campus sports associations both at home and overseas and the thorough investigation into Taiwan's mature management mode.In the research process,quantitative research will be applied,like questionnaires survey and selections of samples in Taiwan campus sports associations,so will be qualitative research,like interviews and literature review.Hope this paper could make contributions to the reform and innovation of mainland campus sports associations.
