Research On The Management And Construction Of Folk Sports Associations In Shanxi Province

The rapid development of mass sports in our country benefits not only from the rapid development of our economy and the improvement of people's living standards,but also from the proposal of national strategies such as "national fitness" and "national health".With the prosperity of mass sports in China,non-governmental sports associations,as an excellent carrier of mass sports,have risen rapidly and become the basic organizational form of community sports and rural sports.However,there are many problems in the development of non-governmental sports associations,which have caused many social problems and become a hot topic for discussion.Starting from the two main lines of theory and practice,this paper combines the theories of "New Barrel Theory" and social ecology with the case study of "Shanxi Naotai Association",analyses the predicament and causes of the development of Shanxi non-governmental sports associations,explores the management and construction path of Shanxi non-governmental sports associations,and realistically exerts the functions of non-governmental sports associations.This study adopts the methods of literature,field investigation,case analysis and expert interviews,takes the management and construction of Shanxi non-governmental sports associations as the research object,and takes the representative Shanxi non-governmental sports associations as the case study object.It describes the basic situation,activities and activities characteristics of Shanxi non-governmental sports associations,and analyses the current situation of Shanxi non-governmental sports associations.The problems existing in the development of mass organizations and their causes are analyzed,and the strategies for the development of Shanxi non-governmental sports associations are put forward.According to the research,the reasons for the rise of non-governmental sports associations are: the need for social change,the need for the health of the whole people,and the need for cultural development.The characteristics of the activities of non-governmental sports associations are: fragmentation of time,sharing of materials,and unchanged forms of activities.In accordance with the survey,the development of Shanxi non-governmental sports associations is mainly affected by the following factors: insufficient thickness and radius of the "floor" of non-governmental sports associations,poor political policy environment,weakresearch foundation and lack of sports culture;shortage of funds,shortage of professionals and lack of sports public space.The "barrel hoop" of non-governmental sports associations is not flexible enough,and the management mechanism is too loose or too strict,whether it is the external management of the government or the internal management of the associations.Aiming at the origin,activity characteristics,problems and causes of non-governmental sports associations,this paper puts forward the Countermeasures for the management and construction of Shanxi non-governmental sports associations: building a solid and broad "bottom board" for the development of non-governmental sports associations,increasing policy support,accelerating scientific research process and developing sports culture;exploring new ways to make up for the "short board" in the development of non-governmental sports associations,and giving full play to the advantages and strengths of long board.We should rescue the lost and promote the marketization of associations,and formulate a scientific management mechanism with Chinese characteristics.
