| The development of educational informationization is an important way to solve the balanced development of education. From the national level, we can increase the availability of various educational resources, thereby providing more opportunities for education. We can better carry out basic education in the central and western regions, narrow the information gap caused by objective factors, and improve the chances for equal access to education for the educated. From the regional level, we can speed up the construction of education information, is an important means to promote the further development of educational information. With the education information to promote the modernization of education is the strategic choice for the reform and development of education in China, is an important part of deepening the comprehensive reform of education, is the effective way to promote education fairness, improve the quality of education. From the school level, to confirm the status of education information can be better to the application of educational information to improve the quality of teaching.This research chooses Hohhot city S District of the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region as a sample, the control standards, combined with the successful experience of advanced school informatization construction area,the area of S on education informatization of basic education stage of the investigation, found that there are still some problems, the disproportionate investment and effect of S District basic education informatization construction, greatly affected the further the development of education informationization in the region.This study carried out investigation on education information S 2015-2016 annual Hohhot City, according to a survey of the basic education schools, principals, teachers and staff support technology, comparative analysis of the survey data, on the one hand to evaluate the action of balanced development of compulsory education in basic education informatization of education plan after, for the timely adjustment of education informationization the direction to provide a scientific basis; on the other hand, differences in the level of tracking the actual situation of basic education schools in the county, try to find out the influence of development of educational informatization in some counties in the district due to the development of education informatization, to provide quantitative analysis support.The study found that for development and planning, the principal information technology leadership, digital educational resources,information technology development and application of the teachers of teachers in the aspects of school education of the stage of basic education informatization scores a larger proportion, has a great influence on the construction of education informationization. At the same time, there are all kinds of influencing factors in these dimensions.This paper is divided into six parts:The first part is introduction. It mainly describes the research background, research significance, research objectives, research status and theoretical basis. The second part is the research method and process. The research methods used in this study and the design of the research program are described. The third part is the research implementation process.
