An Analysis Of The Status Quo Of The Informatization Leadership Of The Basic Education Administration Organizations In Ningxia And Its Promotion Mechanism

Education informatization is the only way to realize the modernization of national education.The advent of the "Internet+" era has raised new challenges for educational administration leaders in various regions to advance education informationization.The educational administrative departments at all levels in various regions,as the top designers and decision-makers in promoting regional education informatization,directly influence the construction and development of regional educational informatization.How to innovate the education administrative management mechanism and enhance the informational leadership of local administrative leadership at all levels is the primary task of further promoting the informationization of regional education.This study finds that the theory of organizational leadership is an internationally recognized management philosophy.The primary task in the increasingly complex economic and social context of contemporary competition is to build the core leadership of the organization.Organizational leadership not only focuses on individual leadership development,but also on the connections between individuals and teams within and outside the organization,as well as organizational culture and institutions.Administrative organization indicates that the complete administrative organization mainly consists of six elements:organizational objectives,organizational structure,personnel composition,financial equipment,laws and regulations,and information technology.This provides an important theoretical basis for this study.Since March 2018,the Ministry of Education has issued a notice of the Education Informatization 2.0 Action Plan.In July 2108,the Ministry of Education read out the document that Ningxia became the country's first "Internet+Education" demonstration zone.How to do the national "Internet+Education" demonstration zone in Ningxia?What is the current status of informational leadership in basic education administrative organizations at all levels in Ningxia?Based on these issues,this study is based on the theory of organizational leadership development and the theoretical basis of administrative organization.By consulting relevant literature and field research,a set of framework indicators for the informational leadership of basic education administrative organizations in Ningxia is constructed.Conducting investigation and analysis on the status quo of informational leadership of basic education administrative organizations,and then constructing the informationization leadership improvement mechanism of basic education administrative organizations in Ningxia,providing ideas for improving the informational leadership of basic education administrative organizations in Ningxia,and thus promoting Ningxia better.Internet+Education" demonstration area.
