The title of this paper is "Research on the status of music teachers in primary and secondary schools in Kangbashi New District of Ordos City".I was transferred to Kangbashi in 2013 the primary school music teacher,before this,I have taught in the 50 year history of the school,so after a comparison,I saw Kangbashi new school spirit,but also saw the Kangbashi music education problem.As a teacher,I understand,is a music teacher in the role,also know some music teachers’ psychological,so I Yikangbashen music teachers in primary and middle schools as the main research object,in-depth analysis of their present situation,they work in teaching problems,which hinder the development of reason and so on,finally finds out the problems and give the reasonable suggestions.I hope my paper can cause some attention by the local education authorities can make society of music teachers in primary and middle schools work more understanding and understanding,through some measures for teachers to optimize,build a high qualified primary and secondary school music teachers,to view from the objective to improve the current situation of music teachers and because only music teachers are satisfied,enhance the happiness index,the balance of work and family,improve their own business,then improve teaching skills,to teach the students to the sun,this is not just a matter of personal achievement,it is a key factor affecting Kangbashi new music education.This paper is divided into five parts.The first part is the summary,mainly discusses the purpose and significance,through literature to understand this point of academic insights and new progress;the second part expounds the importance of music teachers in primary and middle schools,the design content is firom the research background,taking the theory as the basis to prove the importance of music education the necessity and the music teacher,contradiction home to reality and the opposite;the third part focuses on the education of Kangbashi,through the questionnaire investigate,analysis and survey on Kangbashi music teachers in primary and secondary schools the status of the investigation,including the basic situation,business ability and teaching staff interviews with different identity;the fourth part is the investigation on the chapters,found the teachers in question,there are objective reasons,there are the main The fifth part puts forward the concept of reason;the corresponding research strategy to solve the problem,in order to ensure the improvement of teachers’ status as the entrance,and further optimize the environment for music teaching,so that students benefit,and promote the development of music education in the New District of Kangbashi.
