With the development of the times,music education in primary and secondary schools has been paid more and more attention.In 2011,the Ministry of Education promulgated the Compulsory Education Music Curriculum Standards(2011 Edition).Music education,curriculum ideas,teaching methods,implementation approaches during the compulsory education period are being innovated constantly.As a result,the requirements for music teachers in primary and secondary schools are getting higher and higher.As the pre-service education for music teachers in primary and secondary schools,music teacher education in colleges and universities need to enable their future music teachers to meet the requirements.How to train students to meet the requirements?The curriculum reform is an effective way.Because the curriculum is not only the design of teaching,but also the planning of personnel training.How to reform the curriculum? It is the direction of the reform to make the future music teachers trained by colleges and universities meet the requirements of music teaching in primary and secondary schools,and so on.The reform and development of music teacher education in colleges and universities need to have bold ideas.In order to solve the problems of the connection between music teaching in primary and secondary schools and the music teacher education in colleges and universities,and so on.The author analyzes the music materials in primary and secondary schools with requirements for music teachers in primary and secondary.The author also interprets the relevant national policies of music teacher education in colleges and universities combining with the understanding of the current situation of the music teacher education in colleges and universities.With the foreign curriculum model theory as the framework and the localization as the support,the author studies the music teacher education curriculum in colleges and universities.Finally,the author puts forward suggestions about the curriculum objectives,curriculum contents,curriculum implementation and curriculum evaluation.The research methods used include: thematerialreads method,statistical method,chart method.Suggestions are as follows: updating the curriculum concept with the development of the times;planning and guiding the specific curriculum objectives in the national level;refining and specifying the music-related professional course contents;focusing on the integration of music courses and educational courses;enriching the courses based on different types and different geographical advantages;increasing the contents of thepractical courses by using a variety of practice ways;enhancing the humanization of the course implementation;advocating various teaching evaluation methods;improving the curriculum system based on the curriculum feedback;establishing a scientific evaluation system.The concept of curriculum should strengthen the influence of the humanism on the curriculum.Each lesson of the music teacher education curriculum should be specified and implemented based on the national curriculum objectives.The basic abilities of music teachers include: singing,knowledge of Chinese and Western music history,analysis ability of Chinese and foreign music,dance teaching ability,instrumental playing ability,music creation ability,teaching method knowledge,knowledge of pop music culture.These competencies should be used to refine the contents of the required courses.The integration of music skill courses and teaching courses is more suitable for music teacher education.In the curriculum,different types of universities should play their respective advantages and enrich the practices and contents at the same time.The humanized implementation of the curriculum and the implementation of various evaluation methods are conducive to students' learning.The curriculum feedback of students can also improve the curriculum itself.The reference of foreign curriculum theories is helpful to the construction of the curriculum system.
