Since 1999, China began to implement a wide range of undergraduate colleges enrollment expansion, university graduates scale growth is fast, graduates of the base, to colleges and universities and the society has brought great pressure, make different levels of colleges and universities are faced with various employment problems emerge in endlessly. And independent college as the entity of university education is an important part of, because of the huge scale of its enrollment, also face the grim problem of graduate employment. University students’employment difficult actually contains two aspects:one is the number of employment difficulty; the second is employment quality is low. At present, countries by a number of measures to improve the students’employment seem to solve the employment number of difficulties, but the low quality of university students’employment problems. The employment of poor quality not only affects the survival and development of the individual, of graduates of the school has a harmful effect on the brand construction, even is related to social stability and national development. Therefore, the poor quality of independent colleges’employment problems caused the attention of the society.First of all, according to research at home and abroad, monthly income, professional relevance, occupational inosculation, employment status satisfaction and turnover rate and other indicators established a set of practical to fit the development of independent college graduates employment quality evaluation system. Second, according to the employment quality evaluation system, independent college employment quality questionnaire was designed, and through the test the reliability and validity, to determine the final questionnaire. Then, take Sichuan Technology and Business University as the research object,2014 graduate employment quality was surveyed by the questionnaire.According to the results of the questionnaire, analyzes the problems existing in the industrial and commercial college graduates employment quality, and analyzes the causes of these problems, mainly including the economic situation is not good, competition for jobs is too big social environmental problems, such as family environment, graduates own experience in the quality of students, learning state, community issues, such as the school courses system and professional Settings problems, employment guidance pattern problem, Chengdu area of the independent college competitive issues. Finally, in view of these reasons, from the aspects such as schools and students put forward strategies to solve these problems.Finally, in view of these reasons, from the aspects of students, families and schools, put forward strategies to solve these problems.
