A Study On The Problem Of College Students' Independent Entrepreneurship In Higher Vocational Colleges

At present, our vocational students employment situation is not optimistic, while lookingfor new employment patterns and Outlet has evolved into a major university graduates in a newway. The self-employed graduates become the first choice. Contemporary vocational studentsreceived a higher education system, has a wealth of theoretical knowledge, with high moral andcultural qualities, and has strong expertise in self-learning knowledge and ability to accept newthings quickly, thinking generally active Vocational students is currently self-employed in amore active group. Vocational students employment prospects by the community more and moreconcern and attention, especially accounting for about half of the students in vocational collegesgraduate students, their self-employment and entrepreneurship of more general concerncommunity. This article is a vocational college graduates start their own businesses from theperspective of the university, the community, government and relevant departments to supportentrepreneurship for students to conduct research, promote effective linkage mechanismentrepreneurship students in vocational colleges. It improving student employment, industrialstructure optimization, economic growth has an important role, also can enhance theeffectiveness of business to accelerate and promote vocational students entrepreneurial process.Firstly, the significance of the topic and the research background research and analysis,elaborated research purposes, methods and routes; then I start on the basis of a literature reviewof home and abroad, the social significance of the definition of entrepreneurship, basic elements,characteristics and entrepreneurial conduct discussed in detail; graduate and vocational collegeswere the reasons and the status of their own businesses SWOT analysis. I use to Quzhouvocational colleges vocational students entrepreneurship actual surveys and in-depth interviews,research and analysis through a combination of qualitative and quantitative methods, and for thecase of vocational students start their own businesses with the details. I try to create an effectivemechanism for interaction and a virtuous cycle of social systems, in order to break the studentsin vocational colleges difficulties in the entrepreneurial process. The results after the surveyfound that the main problem encountered Vocational student entrepreneurs are the following: therelative lack of their ability; policy system needs improvement; comparative shortage of venturecapital; education and guidance and oversight faculty shortage. After the fifth part of this paperbefore the study of vocational students get their own businesses in the issues raised in this articlecountermeasures. These countermeasures are divided into two areas, first vocational studentsthemselves, including changing their concepts, information; developing entrepreneurialawareness and enhance entrepreneurship by the province; improve business practices involved in entrepreneurship. Followed by social measures, including improving vocational highreincarnation business service system; strengthening vocational students start their ownbusinesses safeguard mechanism against; to create a good social atmosphere entrepreneurship.Finally, the article on the limitations of the study and future problems to be solved aresummarized.
