With the advance of campus football.Society's demand for football teachers is also growing.The physical education major is the cradle of future primary and secondary school physical education teachers.How to cultivate the quality of talent will directly affect the promotion and development of Campus Football.Continuing to send high-quality football teachers to primary and secondary schools is the primary task of college physical education,college football is also the basic conditions for vigorous development.Therefore,this study "campus football" the basic requirements of football teachers on the background of the student football special classes,teaching of teachers and special classes as a starting point,the use of literature,field investigation,questionnaire,expert conduct interviews and mathematical statistics survey,to make research and analysis of the current Jilin university PE Major training objectives,training specifications,special football training methods and curriculum problems,results are as follows:The quality of the special students in the physical education specialty of Jilin Province is mainly due to the limitation of the enrollment mode of physical education in colleges and universities in Jilin Province,which leads to the large gap between the sports skill level of the students in the football special class.The teachers' professional structure of physical education in Jilin province is relatively good,mainly in the young and middle school teachers,but the number of teachers under the age of 35 is zero,the fault phenomenon;education status compared with 2008 has been greatly improved;teacher title structure Unreasonable,to increase the appointment of professors and associate professors.Training Object blur the weak link in the current college sports talent cultivation;there is one-sided and single in training methods and training evaluation aspects of the phenomenon;equipment with a more complete site,but the site management needs to be strengthened.In order to solve the above problems,it is suggested that the special test should be set up before the elective college in Jilin Province to reduce the gap between students.Focus on cultivating young teachers to improve the current title structure,clearly cultivate the target,train the physical education teachers as the main goal,strengthen the students' teaching practice ability and innovation Ability to cultivate,meet the needs of social development and student employment needs;to improve a single form of teaching,to increase the practice and opportunities for interaction between teachers and students;optimize the evaluation system,refine the evaluation indicators,through the combination of procedural and final evaluation,The students comprehensive evaluation of the students;the establishment of the community of sports talent feedback evaluation system,the physical education of graduates of the professional quality control,according to the feedback results to develop the needs of teachers in society.
