High intensity training can cause the body to restore the premise condition of excessstress effect is the recovery process after exercise training. With the athlete’s training theability to continuously improve the progress of training means, back on the competition isbecoming more fierce, competition is more intense, athletes to withstand physiological fatigueincreases gradually, the psychological pressure increasing. If not timely adjustments, takeeffective measures to control, will seriously affect the athlete’s athletic ability, shorten thesport life span. Therefore, to be built according to the degree of fatigue of athletes, timelyadopt scientific and effective recovery means and methods, make energy supplement,functional recovery. This study aims to speed skating after intensive training, the experimentalstudy of yoga Nidra, explore the speed skating movement fatigue recovery scientific andeffective new way. Analysis and discussion of this study by the literature data method,questionnaire survey method, measurement method, experimental method and mathematicalstatistics method, value and significance of Yoga relaxation method to relax after highintensity training of young athletes, through statistical analysis of the research data, and verifythe yoga training in relaxation method in the effectiveness of mitigation and uniqueness infatigue.The results show that compared with traditional relaxation, fatigue of Yoga relaxationtraining can produce solutions for high intensity training speed skaters effective corrosionafter, the main performance is: Yoga relaxation training can effectively reduce and relievesports fatigue elevated heart rate, blood lactic acid levels, self feeling of fatigue increasedthree aspects. In addition, the future research should focus on the following aspects:(1) thevalue and effect of coaches and athletes should pay attention to the yoga practice method ofrelaxation in the speed skating movement in;(2) pay attention to yoga practice meditation andbreathing exercises, stretching and bending, torsion, push, extrusion and other relief staticmovement posture on exercise induced fatigue; at the same time, method, should grasp thecorrect Yoga means and steps to promote yoga to relax;(3) should enhance the timeliness ofyoga, the Yoga relaxation method is applied to different sports, to find problems, make up forthe disadvantages, and then to explore and enhance its value and action potential.
