Objective: The purpose of sports training is to improve athletes' athletic performance.The key is to properly arrange the athlete's training load.The effect is the athlete's adaptation to the training load.The biological adaptation of athletes under appropriate load stimulation is essentially a cyclical process of fatigue generation,fatigue elimination,and recovery(over recovery).Appropriate load stimuli are essentially moderate fatigue,and timely elimination of fatigue and promotion of functional recovery are the basis for the next good cyclical process.Modern sports practice has proved that the fatigue caused by athletes after high-intensity training cannot achieve the desired training effect without timely elimination.On the contrary,it may also cause injuries.The key to eliminating fatigue lies in the understanding of the nature of fatigue and the choice of methods,methods or means to eliminate fatigue.According to the fatigue characteristics of the javelin project,this paper attempts to introduce the simple and easy way to eliminate fatigue in the process of eliminating the physical and mental fatigue of the javelin athletes after training,and compares the traditional methods of eliminating fatigue.An evaluation index system for evaluating the effect of eliminating fatigue was designed,and the statistics and comprehensive analysis of related indicators were adopted.,Verify and evaluate the effect of yoga on eliminating javelin athletes' exercise fatigue.At the same time,it is expected to enrich and develop methods,methods or means for javelin athletes to eliminate fatigue.Methods: This article uses the literature data method,questionnaire survey method and experimental method.The subjects were 12 javelin athletes(male),6experimental groups(the way to eliminate fatigue in yoga)and 6 in the control group(traditional methods for eliminating fatigue).The selection of fatigue evaluation indicators was selected by primary selection,re-election and final selection.The process of selecting indicators includes physiological,psychological and biochemical aspects.The experiment is divided into pre-experiment and formal experiment.The purpose of the pre-experiment is to evaluate the condition of the subject's exercisefatigue.According to the data of the index test,the subject's fatigue degree is suitable for formal experiment.Pre-test evaluation of fatigue degree indicators are:(1)physiological indicators: heart rate and flash fusion frequency.(2)Psychological indicators: subjective fatigue feeling scale.(3)Biochemical indicators: blood lactate.The formal experiments to determine the indicators of exercise fatigue evaluation are:(1)physiological indicators: heart rate and flash fusion frequency;(2)psychological indicators: subjective fatigue feeling degree scale and mood state scale;(3)biochemical indicators: blood lactate.Results: The heart rate of the experimental group immediately after the first week of intervention was lower than that of the control group,but there was no significant difference(p>0.05),and there was a significant difference in the second and third weeks(P<0.05).There was a very significant difference in weeks(P<0.01).In addition,the experimental group had an average of 3 to 4 times per minute for the morning pulse of the first to fourth weeks,and the average of the morning pulse of the control group in the first to third weeks was 3 to 5 times higher than that of the quiet state.In the fourth week,the morning pulse averaged 7 to 8 times per minute above the quiet state.The flash fusion frequency of the experimental group and the control group showed significant difference immediately after the first,second,third and four weeks of experimental intervention(P<0.05).The subjective sensory degree scores of the experimental group and the control group were significantly different immediately after the first and second weeks of experimental intervention(P<0.05),and there was a very significant difference in the third and fourth weeks(P<0.01).There was a significant difference in the total state of mood state between the experimental group and the control group on the first,second,third and fourth weeks(P<0.01).Among them,the negative score of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group,and the positive score was higher than the control group.The blood lactate concentration in the experimental group and the control group was significantly different in the first,second,third and four weeks of experimental intervention for fifteen minutes(P<0.05),and there was a significant difference immediately after the first week of experimental intervention(P<0.05).There were significant differences in the second,third and fourth weeks(P<0.01).In addition,therate of blood lactate elimination was significantly different in the first,second,third and four weeks of experimental intervention for fifteen minutes(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between the tenth minute and the total twenty-five minutes after the first and second weeks,but there was a significant difference in the third and fourth weeks(P<0.05).Conclusion: Compared with the traditional elimination method,the yoga elimination method can effectively reduce the increased heart rate,ratings of perceived exertion,flicker fusion frequency and blood lactate acid value after athletes' exercise training,so that the physical and mental fatigue of athletes can be effectively alleviated.In addition,its uniqueness is to improve the mood state of athletes,which can be: to enhance the positive emotions of athletes and reduce the negative emotions of athletes.
