Research purposes: This paper aims to investigate the relationship between Electromyogram and muscle oxygen changes under the condition of increasing load of rowing dynamometer.By monitoring the data of electromyogram and muscle oxygen in the incremental load exercise, the changes of electromyogram and muscle oxygen in the incremental load exercise of each rowing athlete were observed, and the heart rate and blood lactic acid were combined to explore the electromyogram and muscle oxygen effects under the influence of increasing load. The relationship between changes.Research method: Taking 14 excellent rowers as test objects, using the common test plan of the sports team, there is no preparatory activity on the ConceptII rowing dynamometer for six-level incremental load test, collecting electromyogram, muscle oxygen, heart rate and blood.Lactic acid data, statistical analysis of surface electromyography and muscle oxygen, heart rate, and blood lactate data in each load exercise,to explore the relationship between electromyogram and muecle oxygen under increasing load conditions. Results: 1.In the same load exercise, the muscles of the same work were significantly different between the electromyogram and the muscle oxygen. There was a significant negative correlation between the two,and the correlation coefficient was r=-0.92(P<0.01);the electromyogram and heart rate,Blood lactic acid and load intensity were highly positively correlated.Correlation coefficient r(electromyogram-heart rate)=0.956(P<0.01),r(electromyography-blood lactic acid)=0.722(P<0.05),r(electromyography-load strength))= 0.943(P < 0.01).2.The change characteristic of myoelectricity in the six-stage incremental load exercise is that as the load increases step by step, the muscle integral electrical value of the rower is gradually increased, and the mean values are 3.075±0.88mv/s and 3.221±0.94,respectively.Mv/s,3.319±0.97mv/s,3.376±1.01mv/s,3.385±1.01mv/s,3.425±1.03mv/s;muscle oxygen decreased with increasing load, and the mean muscle oxygen was 50.834±4.01%,respectively.49.13±6.89%,44.7 ± 8.53%,39.074 ± 7.17%,35.077 ± 7.15%,31.418 ± 6.64%.3.The percentage of muscle oxygen amplitude measured in different parts varies, showing the highest percentage of upper limb myoelectric amplitude, accounting for more than 50%of the total, and the lower extremity myoelectric amplitude is about 30%.The percentage of trunk muscle electrical power is the smallest, accounting for about 20% of the total. In this way, there are 8 athletes who rely mainly on the upper limbs.Five athletes can exert uniform force on the upper limbs, lower limbs and trunk. One athlete mainly relies on thetrunk to exert force.4.The same as the change of myoelectric amplitude, the muscle oxygen showed the largest change of muscle oxygen in the upper limb, that is,the minimum value of muscle oxygen, the average value of muscle oxygen was 39.94 ±6.69%;the change of muscle oxygen in the trunk was the smallest, and the value of muscle oxygen was the largest. The average oxygen value was 53.01±7.46%.Research conclusions: 1.The integral electromyogram and the muscle oxygen were significantly negatively correlated in the progressive load exercise of the rowers. The greater the muscle discharge, the greater the change of muscle oxygen and the smaller the muscle oxygen value.2.In the incremental load exercise, the inflection point of the integral electromyogram and the muscle oxygen appears at the same level of load, and is consistent with the lactate threshold inflection point. The greater the load intensity at the point of inflection, the better the athlete's aerobic endurance.3.In the actual training, when using the incremental load to evaluate the athlete's aerobic capacity,it is necessary to combine the sports technology to comprehensive evaluation. The different skills of athletes will definitely cause different changes in certain indicators. The changes in physical energy take into account the influence of technical factors, making the test results more comprehensive, objective and accurate.
