Ministry of Education in April 2011 issued a "compulsory education in primary and secondary schools on the implementation of" Sport Art 2+1 Project "notice",requiring compulsory at all levels of school to follow the concept of quality education,compulsory education practical stage,with emphasis on cultivating students' sports and artistic skills,by requiring students to master at least two school sports teaching sports skills and an artistic skills.Since the Ministry of Education in the implementation of compulsory school "Sport,Art 2+1 Project" since the rural primary school in motor skills education exposed many of the problems and shortcomings.Through research,we found difficulty in physical education in rural primary schools facing include the following three main areas:(1)the conditions of rural primary school sports,basic facilities,equipment with far less than the"National School Sport Pilot basic sanitation standards "minimum standards for rural primary schools sports,equipment,lack of sports,equipment has seriously affected the teaching sport;(2)professional and weak teachers:first,PE teachers in rural primary schools shortcomings in qualification terms Moreover,the majority of primary school PE teachers in rural areas by non-professional sports teachers of other subjects agent,,their technical skills,theoretical knowledge of sports professionalism relatively weak;(3)students' interest and recognition of Physical Education known weak:interests and cognitive characteristics of students led groups of students interests easily dispersed;sports items cognitive ability is weak and other aspects.According to the research:choose the right sport teach can effectively resolve the dilemma currently facing.As a representative of China's traditional martial arts sports project,has many unique advantages in terms of teaching resources,teachers,and students interested in the cognitive development of national traditional cultural heritage,rural primary school teaching motor skills provide a suitable project selection.This study literature study,logical analysis,questionnaire,observation,mathematical statistics,rural primary school students of the martial arts as a motor skill,"one half'sports options discussed.Martial arts although the real needs of rural primary schools,but the actual conduct still be affected by many factors.On the basis of theoretical research on the use of factor analysis and principal component analysis,we found that the martial arts as a student project,"one half' sports options in rural primary schools carry out a comprehensive facing five major problems,including:Martial arts competition,assessment mechanisms;PE teachers;students' individual factors;school degree of attention;Martial arts itself features five factors.For existing problems raised reasonable countermeasure,in particular:(1)emphasis on martial arts project own characteristics,pay attention to avoid weaknesses;(2)focus on student diversity,optimize the structure of teaching martial arts,to further enhance students' interest in Martial arts and awareness;(3)to strengthen leadership,improve school leadership understanding and appreciation of the martial arts program;(4)strengthening Physical Education teachers of martial arts knowledge,training and school teachers to communicate and exchange;(5)establish compliance with the actual school,effective martial arts competition and evaluation mechanism Sciences.Hope "sports,arts 2+1" project in rural primary schools in the process of the existing problems can pay attention to select the martial arts project as an opportunity to solve the dilemma of rural primary school sports skills instruction to help further promote the "Sport,Art 2+1"reasonable development project in rural primary schools.
