| In recent years,the development level of martial arts projects in primary and secondary schools in Xi’an has been uneven,and traditional research has mostly stayed at one level to discuss the influencing factors of development,put forward countermeasures,and separated ordinary primary and secondary schools and sports schools for research,resulting in the development ideas of ordinary primary and secondary school martial arts projects are still closed,with a single approach and lack of policy support.Sports traditional project schools(hereinafter referred to as sports transmission schools)are schools that effectively implement quality education,and have played an exemplary role in carrying out special project training,competitions,and improving sports conditions,and have achieved certain results,but the number of traditional martial arts project schools is small,the development of martial arts projects is uneven,and the sports transmission school as another height and internal driving force for the development of ordinary primary and secondary schools in Xi’an,therefore,this paper investigates the impact of the development of martial arts projects in primary and secondary schools in Xi’an from the perspective of sports transmission schools.Advocate the development of martial arts projects in ordinary primary and secondary schools to rely on the development of sports transmission schools in the new era,draw on development theories,so as to promote the balanced development of martial arts projects in sports transmission schools,investigate and study the current situation and influencing factors of the development of martial arts projects in primary and secondary schools in Xi’an through literature method,questionnaire survey method,field investigation method,mathematical statistics method,expert interview method,and logical analysis method,discuss the development countermeasures of martial arts projects in primary and secondary schools in Xi’an,and make suggestions.According to the scoring standards of Xi’an sports traditional project schools,the level distribution,project distribution and regional distribution of "sports transmission schools" in Xi’an;The investigation and study of the management functions,job security,work requirements,and work performance of the development of martial arts projects in primary and secondary schools(3 traditional martial arts project schools and 7 ordinary primary and secondary schools)in Xi’an found that: the supervision of the development of the three traditional martial arts project schools by municipal leaders in Xi’an was insufficient,relevant documents were lacking,most of the wushu projects were unfounded in the development process,and the work was not detailed enough;The basic guarantee of martial arts in primary and secondary schools in Xi’an is insufficient,there is a lack of professional instructors,and the quality of martial arts teaching is not high;There is a huge lack of opportunities for martial arts competitions.The conclusions are as follows:1.The overall development trend of martial arts projects in primary and secondary schools in Xi’an is relatively good,but the development ideas are more traditional,which indirectly leads to the uneven development of Xi’an sports transmission school projects,and the number of martial arts sports transmission schools is small and in the development stage.There are three martial arts sports transmission schools in Xi’an primary and secondary schools surveyed,and the supervision and evaluation mechanism is not perfect after becoming a martial arts body transmission school,which needs to be improved.2.The development of martial arts projects in primary and secondary schools in Xi’an mainly has large teacher mobility,lack of professional martial arts teachers,too few opportunities for martial arts competitions,and martial arts achievements are not outstanding,but the overall development trend is considerable,Xi’an as the capital of Shaanxi Province,and has a national intangible cultural heritage culture red boxing culture,under the attention of the leadership to solve the problem of teachers and competitions,and then follow the trend of the times,the red boxing project will be promoted to primary and secondary schools,which can well solve the problem of traditional martial arts single teacher inheritance,It can also promote the development of martial arts projects for a long time.3.Based on the perspective of physical transmission school,it is feasible to advocate schools with good development of martial arts projects in primary and secondary schools in Xi’an to become martial arts sports transmission schools,which can solve the problem of uneven development of wushu projects and the lack of goalorientation in the development of martial arts projects in primary and secondary schools,but it is necessary to integrate the forces of schools,society and government. |
