Study On The Training Problems Of Migrant Workers In Dongguan

Since the reform and opening up,China's economy has made great achievements,the economic scale ranked second in the world,but the development is based on the extensive mode of economic development,the destruction of the ecological environment and the demographic dividend of cheap labor.At present,China is in the middle and late stage of industrialization,with the accelerated development of urbanization,the promotion and popularization of information,the degree of internationalization,the various social contradictions increasingly sharp.Therefore,China needs to change the mode of economic development,accelerate the upgrading and transformation of the industrial structure,and promote the sustainable development of China's social and economic.The transformation and upgrading of industrial structure is based on high quality talent,high level of management,high level of technology and a certain economic base,and thus the skills of workers also have higher requirements.But at present,there are some problems about the knowledge and skills of migrant workers in Dongguan City,which can not meet the needs of employment and increase income.Although in recent years,Dongguan municipal government has been aware of the importance of strengthening the training of migrant workers,and introduced a number of policies and measures to promote the development of the work,the training of migrant workers has made certain achievements,but with the requirements of economic development and employment is still a big gap.So to strengthen the training of migrant workers is the only way to improve the overall quality of migrant workers.In this paper,the system research method and Field survey method,the demand for the training of migrant workers,the survey of the current status of the training of migrant workers in Dongguan and the analysis of the problems of migrant workers in Dongguan.On the basis of industrial structure optimization theory and human capital theory,it puts forward the strategy and suggestion to adjust the training of migrant workers.This paper is divided into five parts.The first part introduces the background and significance of the topic,research content,research methods and research status at home and abroad.The second part introduces the basic concepts of migrant workers,training,training of migrant workers,and the industrial structure optimization theory and human capital theory.The third part is the analysis of the current situation and problems of migrant workers in Dongguan city.The fourth part and the fifth part is to explore the impact of Dongguan migrant workers training,and puts forward some practical suggestions and recommendations correspondingly,in order to improve the overall quality of migrant workers through training,upgrading of Dongguan industrial structure transformation.
