Research On Dongguan City Government Creating Survival And Development Environment For Migrant Workers

Migrant workers,as an important force in urbanization,have made great contributions to economic and social development.At the same time,the survival and development problems of migrant workers have become increasingly prominent,employment difficulties:poor living conditions,children’s education is not guaranteed,medical facilities The problem of lack of supporting facilities is a common phenomenon in the settlement of migrant workers.In the new era,the survival and development of migrant workers have become part of the current social consumption upgrade.The upgrade of consumption profile means that the income of migrant workers is increased by hurdles,and the innovation of market products is reformed.It means that employees live and wor k in peace,the market is in order,and reasonable consumer demands are met.Satisfying the survival and development of migrant workers is not only to deal with the integration of the external form of the material:but also to form the composition and mnagement characteristics of new personnel groups at a deeper level Therefore,in the context of the overall domestic consumption upgrade,this article select s the easily overlooked group of migrant workers as the research theme.In the course of the research,this paper combs the research of related scholars and defines relevant theoretical concepts,and believes that the survival and development environment of migrant workers includes three aspects:specific jobs,spiritu.al and physical environment,and rmacro-level overall control.It is reflected in employmaent and entrepreneurship,living housing.Five aspects of local integration,child education,and institutional mechanisms.The preliminary research content mainly includes the governmeent statistics of migrant workers in Dongguan,the existing policies and services,and the survival and development trend of the new generation of migrant wokers.Finally,based on the survey of migrant workers in Dongguan City,it puts forward suggestions for relevant government responsibilities in developed areas of tradtional manufacturing.At the same time,on the basis of theoretical research,this paper adopts a combination of quantitative and qualitative methods to construct a resear ch design.Through policy analysis,this paper believes that as the current export-oriented economic region with the largest proportion of floating population,the policy servi ces of migrant workers in Dongguan City have generally played a corresponding basic supporting role,but the number of employees has been in a slow decreasing trend.The management system of the policy service system of the new Dongguan people in Dongguan has been fully and thoroughly developed,which has formed certain advantages.However,in the face of new market economic and social conditions,the survival and development environm ent of migrant workers will be reborn,new policy needs and psychological expectations have emerged,and may continue to impact previous policy value judgments.At the same time,in the field investigation and analysis,this article belites that the existing policy system for migrant workers in Dongguan is facing new problems－This mainly includes a high level of policy.and migrant workers from DongguanThe far-reaching choice is worth paying attention to;the city has a high cost of living,heavy family responsibilities such as parents of spouses and children;daily consumption is increasing,expectations are rising,and living and entertainment expenses are rising.Finally,this article believes that in the economic and social environm ent of the new era,the international trade situation is surging,domestic production capacity is surplus:and consumer demand is difficult to meet.As th.e frontier of reform and opening up,Dongguan City should begin to explore,new policies and services for migrant workers.Improving local government responsibilities is to innovate fiscal policies with new perspectives and new scenaros,targeting migrant workers,different policies,and different industry sectors,and gradually build a soft environment and income that meets the development requirements of the new era,such as policy credibility and consumption concepts.The material and spiritual basis for a more reasonable distribution and the vigorous development of emerging industries.
