Hearing impaired children's physical and mental development and normal children has no substantial difference, hearing-impaired children as a special group in society, often in a weak position. Life, because listening to not see or hear, resulting in their interactions with normal children also have certain language barriers. Learning, because listening, school education often they went out from the ordinary school division, undertake teaching of hearing-impaired children alone. Compared with normal children, hearing impairment to their learning brings a lot of difficulties, the physical and mental health of deaf children more easily by the interference of external things, which is likely to cause adverse effects on their physical and mental health.This paper mainly from the perspective of physical and mental health of the Wuhan hearing-impaired children physical quality and psychological quality of College cheerleading.By aiming at La exercises of hearing-impaired children, to help them build up their confidence and improve the ability to adapt to society.This article to hearing-impaired children as the research object, using literature,experimental method, questionnaire survey method and interview method, in Wuhan City, the second in schools for the deaf 30 hearing-impaired children of Cheerleading teaching experiment, investigate cheerleading teaching on the physical and mental health of hearing-impaired children. Research results show that:1. After one semester of La exercises teaching experiment, experimental class of deaf children's physical quality index change, in the physical quality target, endurance, flexibility,waist and abdominal strength, upper body strength four indicators have larger gratifying change, and lower limb strength and sensitivity body quality also some increase, but not significantly.2. After a semester of La exercises teaching experiment, the psychological quality of hearing impaired children in the experimental class improved. For hearing-impaired children in the learning anxiety, self blame tendencies "," allergic tendency "," anxiety ", lonely tendency", "the body symptoms has changed a lot.3, and domestic compared to the same age children, the hearing-impaired children flexibility than normal children better that cheerleading teaching for deaf children with pliable and tough quality improved obviously.Through the teaching experiment of Cheerleading on hearing-impaired children, the author found that the following four aspects1, rhythm of the music. In the rhythm of the music learning, hearing-impaired children music rhythm time value grasp is not good and the strength of the rhythm are not rich enough.Hearing-impaired children in cheerleading training, only mechanical learning La exercises and imitate the rhythm of the strength of the teachers, the lack of his own thoughts.2, problem of expressive dance show. For hearing-impaired children in practice cheerleading, outside of the body form sufficient and lack expression of inner feelings.3, cheerleading professional sign language to express the problem. Teacher's cheerleading sign language skills shortages, vocabulary of scarcity to accurately with professional sign language interpretation La vocabulary exercises.4, hearing-impaired children and family communication. The school for deaf mutes to take is closed management, hearing-impaired children and their families in the emotional life and lack of communication.For cheerleading appeared in the teaching experiment, the author suggests:1, the use of different training methods for hearing-impaired children music rhythm sense. For the hearing impaired, the flash teaching method and vibration method training of deaf children's sense of rhythm. Hearing impaired students' perception of music can be through the demonstration of the teacher's actions and performance of teachers out various parts of the body feel the vibration of the body to the rhythm of the music. This can be indirectly feel the music rhythm.2, used to imitate the expressive force of the teaching training for hearing-impaired children. Hearing-impaired children can imitate the teacher's body movements and expressive force, by imitating the movements to stimulate and cultivate desire of hearing impaired children, complete sets of Cheerleading learning. Teachers in teaching as far as possible with the image of the metaphor, hearing-impaired children can better appreciate cheerleading movement characteristics.3, rich cheerleading professional sign language term.
