In the past ten years,private education in China has developed rapidly.Great changes have taken place not only in quantity and scale,but also in quality.Therefore,private education plays a more important role in the whole national education system and has a greater impact.In Guangzhou,most private schools are located in cities,districts,counties and towns.From primary school to high school,the higher the degree,the lower the proportion of rural private education.In rural areas,the proportion of private schools in compulsory education,especially primary schools,is much higher than that in non-compulsory education.Although private education,however,since its inception has obtained the huge development,but also encountered many problems and challenges,low quality of education,the teachers team management are important social problems,Although the state has issued the law on the promotion of private schools,which stipulates that private education and public education have the same legal status and rights to ensure the healthy development of private education,the implementation of this regulation still has a long way to go.Therefore,this paper takes Guangzhou as the starting point,based on the current situation of the development of private primary schools in Guangzhou,and further studies the management of private primary school teachers in Guangzhou in the form of questionnaire.By using the methods of literature research and interview,this paper analyzes the problems and causes of the management of private primary school teachers in Guangzhou,and introduces the successful experience and useful enlightenment of the management of teachers in domestic and foreign areas,so as to put forward some suggestions for the management of private primary school teachers in Guangzhou,which can ultimately promote the healthy and long-term development of private primary school in Guangzhou.
