| The class management based on the class teacher has its advantages,but in the era of quality education,this management exposes many defects.The teacher arranged everything,very hard,but cannot get understanding from students,students don’t respect their teachers and parents,and class atmospheres lazy.The emergence of these problems strongly calls for the effective implementation of class self-management.Private boarding schools are different from public schools,because the students are learning and living in the school week,the demand for independent management of class.Under the guidance of the cooperative learning theory and humanistic management theory,this paper discusses how to realize the full and independent development of private boarding school students in class management.Through on-the-spot investigation and study,the author finds out the present situation of private boarding school students’ participation in class management,as well as the obstacles and problems that affect the self-management of all the students.At the same time,the paper analyzes the reasons and puts forward some corresponding measures.The first part of this paper clearly highlights the significance of the implementation of class self-management,have been made at home and abroad Class Autonomous management results,and then elaborated on the concept of private boarding primary school class autonomous management.The second part discusses the humanistic management theory,cooperative learning theory,"Little man system" theory,and Summerhill school educational thought.The third part carries on the investigation to the S school class management status through the research methods of literature,interview,questionnaire and observation,analyzes the present situation of primary school students’ autonomous management data to understand the status quo of independent management of students in Primary School of S school,and summarizes the problems existing in the class management in Primary School of S School.The fourth part puts forward the countermeasures to perfect the independent management of private boarding class: first is multi-channel to strengthen education,improve teachers’ and students’ self-management consciousness;second is the people involved in the formulation of objectives,to fully mobilize the initiative of the students,to stimulate students’ self-management enthusiasm;third is to refine the independent management system,and through regular summary scientific and standardized management;the fourth is to improve the class autonomous management evaluation system,through the collective bundling evaluation and individual evaluation of the combination of self-rating and other rating and a combination of short-term and long-term evaluation of the combination evaluation.In the fifth part,the author summarizes the achievement of Class Autonomous Management in S school,through the observation and research of the past year.Through the study,further understanding to the connotation of Class Autonomous management,encouragement,and told his colleagues that effectively implement the class management system,to maximize the effectiveness of the system. |
