Infant connection refers to connection between kindergarten and primary school,two neighboring education stages.Related rules and regulations of our kindergarten have proposed certain requirements for infant connection work,for example in the 33 th provision of“Kindergarten Working Procedures”,it is stipulated that each kindergarten and primary school should contact closely,work together and pay attention to the mutual connection between two stages.It indicates that the country has put great emphasis on infant connection work.In addition,it is also pointed out in “Kindergarten Education Guidelines(trial)” that the kindergarten needs to pay attention to connection with primary school.These programmatic documents have repeated requirements for the mutual connection between kindergarten and primary school,which fully explains the importance of infant connection work.Kindergarten education belongs to preschool education stage and primary school education belongs to national formal school education.Infant connection period is children entering into primary school from kindergarten.Infant connection period is an important transition period faced by children in the development process,facing important changes of learning time,teaching mode,life and rest,interpersonal relationship,teacher evaluation and other aspects.For the healthy physical and method growth of children and realizing smooth connection and transition of children from kindergarten education to primary schooleducation,kindergarten and primary school create connection conditions and reach good education effect through a series of work,which is the infant connection work.The purpose of studying infant connection is the strengthen the adaptability f children in primary school education stage,make children adapt to primary education in psychology,learning habits,learning content and learning method etc.and build up good foundations for following study and life.Therefore,paying attention to the lifelong sustainable and happy development of children is the final goal of infant connection work.Based on the deep understanding of infant connection theories both at home and abroad and with reference to the advantages of interactive theory between kindergarten and school,this paper has analyzed infant connection theory based on interactive mode between kindergarten and school;in addition,combining the practical working experience of writer and on the basis of analyzing problems existed in infant connection work in W district of Changde city and reasons analysis,it has designed a set of infant connection framework based on interaction between kindergarten and school.This paper consists of five chapters:The first chapter is introduction,which demonstrates the origin,purpose and significance of research,summarizes current situation of related researches both at home and abroad and defines corresponding concepts.The second chapter is the theoretical basis of interactive infant connection between kindergarten and school and introduces related theories simply.The third chapter introduces current situation and reasons of infant connection under interactive vision between kindergarten and school,explores the current situation of infant connection in W district of Changde city and analyzes the deep reasons for its production.The fourth chapter is implementation strategy of infant connection based on interaction between kindergarten and school.Kindergarten and school interact jointly,form consensus,make programs and make enrollment preparation and then strengthen enrollment adaption from the aspects of environment creation,time table,curriculum setting,teacher communication and training,family education and guidance etc.The fifth chapter is conclusion.Corresponding suggestions have been proposed for the doubt and reflection in practice process.This paper has explored the theoretical framework of infant connection based on interaction between kindergarten and school in Z kindergarten and D primary school in W district of Changde city and made specific refinement for related implementation programs.The research in this paper is with unique characteristics and individuality,which is of certain theoretical and practical significance for deeply understanding infant connection mode and implementing large-scale practical exploration.Therefore,research in this paper is of great value,which provides practical reference for further exploring the common application of infant connection based on interaction between kindergarten and school.
