| In this paper,we study the research and practice of experiential life oriented moral education in middle schools,based on the example of Jiangyin Shanguan High School.The implementation background of experiential life oriented moral education as follow: The work of moral education faces many difficulties,like limited space,time and teachers.The students’ understanding of life is with the time characteristics,but disunity of knowing-doing;There is less typical practice of experiential life oriented moral education although with the popularity of moral education idea.Therefore,Jiangyin Shanguan High School actively carried out experiential life oriented moral education.The School established the idea firstly,and actively created the recessive and dominant environment for experiential life oriented moral education.Activities are carried out by students-in,school’s incentive and guarantee of society and families,including common practice,compete and social activities.The school also improved the evaluation mechanism to promote experiential life oriented moral education,such as authoritarian competition to cooperation competition,quantitative score to life assessment,unidirectional to bidirectional.This paper holds that we should pay attention to deal with three relationships according to the practice of experiential life oriented moral education in Jiangyin Shanguan High School: the relationship between the expectation and real life about students’ experience and cognition;designed theme activities and students’ identity;teachers’ guidance and students’ initiative.Care must be taken to three points in the work of experiential life oriented moral education: School need extract the correct and scientific core idea about experiential life oriented moral education,while teachers generally recognized and actively practice it.School also need actively guide the students’ families and community to promote experiential life oriented moral education. |
