In this article, just a Case study on Hengyang Road Primary School, to induce and do a research about Hengyang Road Primary School "the scholarly atmosphere of the special moral education".From the view of student-oriented educational theory, the educational management and humans development in an all-round way, the researcher promotes the mode of moral education "Experience---Generating new things" by using questionnaire investigation action research、quantitative research and qualitative researches. This moral mode about Hengyang Road Primary School is the key point, which wishes to be an example for the primary school of moral education.In this article, the "Experience---Generating new things" moral education modal is discussed by four sections:Section one is to clarify the primary school moral education, introduces the background, some concepts and features of the moral education mode.Section two is about the overall elaboration of theoretical support of construction of the "Experience---Generating new things", its staring point of the value of the education、its roots in ethics and its foundation in educational action, which provides theoretical support to this moral mode. And the researcher also demonstrates the construction and the elements of the "experience-Generating new things" moral education model.Section three analyses practical significance of constructing the "Experience---Generating new things" moral education mode. In this section, the system mechanism of the moral education mode, which including the motivation system, the motion system, the behavioral system, which demonstrates the construction of "experience-Generating new things" moral education model is the inevitable choice of schools adhere to the "people-oriented" development.Section four elaborates the strategy of constructing the moral education mode by using graph showing、case study and other methods, which provides a paradigm for the implementation of primary school.
