Teaching and research group is the grass-roots organization of the education and teaching of a professional school teachers,teachers of all subjects to interact,share experience in teaching and scientific research cooperation community.As the carrier of the teaching and research system,the teaching and research group is a platform to promote the professional level of teachers.However,with the reform and development of the curriculum,the organizational form of the teaching and research group appears to be single,obsolete,more and more teachers complain that its efficiency is not high,the harvest is very small.In addition,the school administrators in the process of improving the quality of teaching is often the end result in the management of individual teachers,but ignored the overall quality of the teaching organization management.In the new curriculum reform,the teaching and research group activities have been given a new connotation,and it plays an important role in the professional development of the teachers' team and the organization of school management.Therefore,the effectiveness of the activities of teaching and research group has become increasingly prominent.In this study,the effectiveness of mainly from two angles to express:from the perspective of the professional development of teachers,the effectiveness of teaching and research group activities is that can promote the teaching and research group of teachers to learn and improve and activities to achieve the purpose of the development is expected,from the perspective of school management,the effectiveness of the teaching and research group activities refers to,through the development of various forms of teaching and research group activities,the management measures of school can implement,smooth communication between teachers and school administrators,effective,the teaching quality of the whole school get improved steadily.This study attempts to construct a theoretical framework for the effective development of teaching and research group activities,the author's school mathematics teaching and research group as a case study.Mainly used literature research method,questionnaire survey,interview survey method,observation method of mathematics teaching and research group activities were studied and analyzed.Reveals the problems existing in the current mathematics teaching and research group activities,and analyzes the reasons for it.Through the analysis of these issues,this paper argues that diversification,strengthen the effectiveness of teaching and research group activities should be the activity of teaching research group,school teaching and research group activities to effectively carry out the establishment of security mechanism and professional development of teachers of effective development provides three feasible countermeasures for primary school mathematics teaching and research group activities.
