With the rapid development of society,cooperation has gradually become one of the important factors for the survival of human beings.The new curriculum standard points out that students’ communication,cooperation and communication abilities should be valued in class.Group cooperative learning has been widely used in China with its unique advantages.However,in the current teaching practice,because the teaching management strategy is not appropriate,the teaching mode of group cooperative learning is not carried out smoothly.How to effectively apply mathematics group cooperative learning in class has become a research hotspot.In this study,15 teachers and 120 students of L primary school in Q city were investigated by questionnaire,interview,literature and other research methods.The study found that in the process of group cooperative learning in Q city L primary school,teachers’ classroom teaching problems included: teachers did not understand and pay enough attention to group cooperative learning,role positioning was not accurate,grouping was not standardized,and cooperative learning was not properly handled.Problems existing in cooperative learning include: students’ lack of understanding of learning,unclear division of labor,and lack of initiative.Based on the results of questionnaire and interview,the author analyzes the problems from both teachers and students,and analyzes the reasons for the problems in cooperative learning teaching.Finally,it is proposed that to improve the teaching quality of group cooperative learning,efforts must be made at the same time from the school,teachers and students.At the school level,we should respect and attach importance to the talent construction of the school,pay close attention to the development needs of teachers and students,and strengthen the cooperation between teachers and students.At the level of teachers,it is necessary to strengthen the capacity building of teachers,constantly improve their comprehensive quality,arrange teaching plans reasonably according to the teaching content,construct cooperative groups reasonably,improve the consciousness of teachers’ cooperation,and further improve the evaluation mechanism.At the student level,we should strengthen the cultivation of students’ sense of responsibility and cooperative ability,encourage students to actively participate in cooperative learning,enhance their self-confidence,strengthen training,and clarify the division of labor. |
