The teaching and research group is a teaching research and practice organization with direct participation of teachers and the closest contact with teachers.It is an operable platform to promote the professional growth of teachers.It undertakes the task of carrying out teaching and research activities and plays an important role in improving the education and teaching level of schools.effect.However,under the current educational situation and pressure,many schools have experienced problems such as lack of attention,unsound systems,inactive teachers,and irregular activities in the construction of teaching and research groups.These problems are mostly due to the lack of culture of teaching and research groups.Therefore,only the discussion of the construction of teaching and research group from the cultural level can fundamentally find the inner foundation of the teaching and research group construction,and explore and consider the road of cultural construction of the teaching and research group,in order to effectively improve the ills of the traditional teaching and research group.It can be seen that strengthening the cultural construction of teaching and research groups is the key to the construction of teaching and research groups,and it is also the top priority of school construction.This paper attempts to explore the necessity and concrete manifestation of the cultural transformation of the teaching and research group on the basis of investigating the current situation of the cultural construction of the teaching and research group,and proposes relevant strategies to promote the cultural construction of the teaching and research group.From the structural point of view,this paper is divided into four parts.The first part mainly interprets the teaching and research group culture from the theoretical point of view,systematically sorts out the concept definition and theoretical basis of the teaching and research group culture,and summarizes the construction principles and significance of the teaching and research group culture construction.The second part mainly summarizes the research results of the language teaching and research group in L District of Qingdao.The research is based on the theoretical research of the teaching and research group culture,mainly in the form of questionnaires,field visits,seminars,etc.The research and study of the teaching and research group of the first-level discipline analyzes the current situation and prospects of the primary school teaching and research group.The third part is based on the first part and the second part,exploring and analyzing the common problems existing in the primary school teaching and research group,and analyzing the causes of the problems.The fourth part is aimed at the third part of the problem.Through the mastery of the theory and the collation of the reality,after thinking and research,the current practical strategies for promoting the cultural construction of the teaching and research group are compiled,and some suggestions are put forward for the construction of the teaching and research group.
