Cooperation has become the main theme of today's society, The relation between people and people more closely, Only cooperation can achieve common progress. People are social people, In order to survive in society, we must first learn to communicate with others and cooperation, But Chinese conditions in our this generation who has changed greatly, One child affected the ability to communicate with people, The school will make up for the vacancy, Let people learn to learn to communicate communication, The team put forward light communication.In this paper, based on the basic concept of cooperative learning, basic elements and the theoretical basis, The math teacher of Zhungeer Qi national primary school and fourth primary school of Xuejiawan the fourth grade and about 600 students were surveyed, it is not difficult to find that two elementary schools have some problems in applying the mode of "team cooperation study" that including:teachers about the connotation of "team cooperation study" have no real understanding; the lack of guidance of "cooperative learning" knowledge and skills are the teachers' shortcomings; election screening is still be used in evaluating the results of the class; the choice of the content is optional; no attaches great importance to the "group cooperative learning" teaching methods; inadequate preparations exits before the "team cooperation study"; the goal of "Team cooperation study" is not so clear.In terms of "team cooperation study",some problems maybe occur in application for students,such as the lack of cooperative learning consciousness and attitude; cooperation ability is not good enough in the cooperative learning group; the sense of responsibility of individuals and cooperative learning skills can be improved in the "team cooperation study"; lack of self-control of students' do nothing beneficial for "team cooperation study".The above problems, I according to the theory and practice of "team cooperation study", found the improvement countermeasures to solve the problem, including the elementary school mathematics classroom teaching teachers "team cooperation study" in a problem improvement countermeasures:is changing attitudes and behavior of teachers are the key to "see" cooperative learning group, preparation before class strategy is the premise of the teachers "team cooperation study", the choice of teaching content is the core of the teachers "team cooperation study", reasonable regulation and control is the guarantee of the teachers "team cooperation study". Elementary school mathematics classroom teaching "team cooperation study" existing problems of middle school students to improve countermeasures:attention to the cultivation of good students cooperation consciousness and cooperation skills, deal with primary school students group cooperation study the relationship between cooperation and competition, good play the role of leader in group cooperative learning, inspire team members in the group cooperative learning in the sense of responsibility.
