From the beginning of the Chinese curriculum reform till now,we have got a lot from the reform.We changed a lot from teaching Chinese to our thoughts in teaching Chinese.We pay more attention to outside reading,and value traditional culture even more,what is more,we try to improve the writing ability of the students.Therefore,how to manage time in each aspect in the Chinese teaching becomes more and more important.However,in practical teaching,there are a lot of problems need to be solved because some teachers' lack understanding of the “Chinese Teaching” and lack the skill to allocate time.Therefore,to study how to allocate time in primary school teaching has a profound meaning.The goal of this paper is to give a brief description of the “Chinese Teaching” and the current state of how Chinese teachers allocate time.By studying and analyzing the current state of Chinese teaching and the theology and bibliography,we put some feasible strategies.There are some problems in time distribution management in primary school,in Chinese concept: flashy--teaching plan become a mere formality,the actual effect is not strong;narrow,allocation of time without considering Chinese overall;partial time redistribution "quantity" light "quality".In the time management persistence is not strong;the teaching time utilization rate is low;no pluralism of evaluation of the effectiveness of management is not high,lack of language from the point of view of the overall,only textbook theory.These problems have caused a low practical use of time allocationA conclusion of the time allocation in the teaching under the “Chinese Teaching”,teachers don't have a strong sense of time allocation,and lack a theory guidance oftime allocation.What is more,some teachers still maintain the thought that high score is significant,and they don't have a strong sense of how to guide students to manage their time,and lack some skills in time allocation and management.The teaching time needs management,we should start the time management strategy from the following aspect.First and foremost important,improve teachers' sense of time management and the students' sense of time management.Another important aspect is to make teaching plans from the overall situation,step by step spontaneously and pay more attention to the practical use.Last but not the least important,is to do a smart management,adjust the teaching speed,teach the way to study,do more evaluation and improve and use more than one way to evaluate.
