Research About Current Situation And Countermeasures On Time Management Of Senior Students From Primary School In Urban Village

Primary school is the beginning stage of life learning,and it is a critical period to develop education and personality.Quality education requires us to develop the ability of students to self-manage,and time management is an important part of self-management.It is of great significance to cultivate students to establish the concept of time in primary school and to develop the habit of managing time.The purpose of this research is to study the current situation of time management tendency,time allocation and utilization of the students in the urban villages of Shenzhen city,and taking 342 senior student from B primary school in Nanshan district of Shenzhen city as the subject of investigation.The study will analyze its problems,find the root and put forward solutions for the time management of senior student from B primary school in the urban villages of Shenzhen city.The result of research shows that the overall level of the senior students' time management disposition in the urban villages is relatively medium.But the dimensions are not balanced,the sense of time is the best,time efficiency is second,but time monitoring is the weakest.The time management tendency of senior student from B primary school in urban village is not significant in different gender and family education subjects.But the differences in whether there is only children,different grades,parents' educational level and family upbringing are remarkable.All these aspects have an impact on the senior student from B primary school in urban village.It's not optimistic in terms of time distribution and utilization.It is mainly reflected in the weak ability of autonomous management time,less disposable time in weekday,the weekday is a contrast to the rest of the day,single activity type in disposable time,mainly used for surfing on the internet,playing games,playing mobile phones,watching TV and other entertainment,etc.Lack of physical exercise.It can be analyzed from two aspects: on the one hand,the reason is internal causes of higher grade student from B primary school,such as themselves are conditioned by their own physical and mental development,didn't get into the habit of self-time management,lack of enforcement and willpower,and they don't pay much attention on time management' knowledge and method.On the other hand,the influence of external factors such as schools,families and society.Furthermore,according to the actual situation and existing problems on time management of senior student from B primary school in urban village,the author also puts forward corresponding countermeasures from the students' personal,school,family and society.As far as students are concerned,to improve the ability of self-management time,Include enhancing time sensitivity,establish correct time values and learning methods of time management;In terms of school,time management education need to be deepened,Include enriching their spare time,and setting up classes and activities associated with time management;Develop a team of teachers who value the habit of time management;Excavate the content of teaching materials to enhance students' sense of time;Creating a good time management class culture;Running an effective parent school;In terms of family,Change your mindset and increase your focus on time.Such as parents have to change themselves;To guide children to learn the time of self-management;Create a good time management environment for Kids.In terms of society,we should give full play to our advantages and promote development.Include providing assistance to parents and conducting scientific guidance;Making full use of community resources to strengthen students' time management ability.Create a positive social "Internet +" environment;And increase that number of healthy workplace and facilities.
