Sports theory class teaching not only can teach students some basic physiological aspects of human body function,can also be to introduce students to the scientific theoretical knowledge on sports and basic sports skills,for the cultivation of the students in the future sports concept and scientific physical exercise has important role.This article first analysis of the problems of the research is put forward,and then introduce the purpose of this research,methods and significance.After the related concepts and theoretical basis,in the form of questionnaire and interview,understand the suqian city center middle school sports theory class teaching situation and existing problems of now.Questionnaire and interview results show that the problems are: the suqian city center high school teachers and students lack of understanding of the importance of sports theory and sports theory class teaching class implementation does not reach the designated position,single sports theory class teaching organization form,teaching content,the lack of effectiveness is too general sports theory class teaching content to ignore the students’ interest,a single method means.This topic through the literature material law,questionnaire investigation,interview method,observation method,mathematical statistics and other methods in suqian city center of middle school sports theory class teaching classes,contents,teachers,teaching forms,methods,means and so on carries on the analysis,and the paper discusses the problems and countermeasures are given,and then to suqian city center middle school sports theory class teaching reform,provides the theory basis for better sports theory class teaching.
