| The primary school stage is the key stage for the healthy growth of students,the basic education,the training of talents and the key period to improve the overall development of people.Learning swimming can not only strengthen the body and heart,but also master the necessary survival skills to reduce the occurrence of accidental drowning.Swimming,as a sport,can be said to be a few suitable for different ages,different genders,different health conditions of the crowd to participate in sports.A person who learns to swim as a child can benefit from it as a means of long-term exercise for the rest of his life.Suqian to the main part of the primary school leaders,teachers,students,parents,swimming venue managers as investigation object,uses the literature material law,questionnaire investigation,interview method,the methods of on-the-spot investigation,data analysis on the investigation and analysis,on the basis of this puts forward the corresponding development countermeasure,It provides theoretical guidance and reference for developing swimming courses in Suqian city.The results show that: 1.the government and education departments do not pay enough attention to school swimming courses.2.lack of swimming teachers’ resources.3.lack of swimming venues and insufficient financial investment.4.conflicting views of different groups.5.The school swimming course teaching content and examination is single.6.safety hazards in swimming venues.Based on the above results,the following recommendations are made: 1.government and education departments should expand publicity.2.strengthen the construction of swimming teachers and further improve the quantity and quality of teachers.3.government departments should increase financial support and encourage venue construction.4.improve the content of swimming instruction and establish a diversified assessment system.5.Strengthen the safety supervision of swimming venues and strengthen the safety concept of venue managers. |
