| Urban sports service complex is the product of the continuous and stable development of China's national economy,the growing sports industry and the deepening reform of stadium management system.It is an important material carrier to meet people's growing demand for sports fitness and promote urban construction and development at this stage.Urban sports service complex has broken through the limitation of the original large-scale stadiums and gymnasiums because of its complex characteristics and service scope.It is highly valued as a link to promote the integration of various industries in the current urban construction and development.From the perspective of future development trend,cities at all levels in China will gradually integrate the construction of sports service complex into urban development planning.In recent years,the sports industry of the county-level cities,third and fourth tier cities,has gradually shown vitality,and the sports market has also begun to be active.Due to the limited resources of sports venues,sports technology and economic development,the contradiction that the existing sports facilities and related sports services can not meet the growing demand of the public for sports consumption has gradually emerged.It is a feasible way to promote the development of sports industry in county-level cities by building a sports service complex and alleviate the current supply and demand contradiction.However,because of the restriction of people's consumption and life concept,it's particularly important for the county-level cities to find out the service functions and reduce the development risk to ensure their daily operation while serving the public when they develop and construct the sports service complex.By the methods of literature,empirical analysis,mathematical analysis,the study analyzes the management status of “Xipu Sports Art Center” in Shishou,and then summarizes its successful experience,which can be summarized as follows: create a sports atmosphere and make activities more various;make functions reasonably and reduce consumption costs;focus on national fitness and build sports public welfare;focus on sports services and integrate characteristic services.Based on an in-depth analysis of the current situation and existing problems of the operation of the Xipu Sports Art Center,the paper puts forward countermeasures for the development of the sports service complex of the Xipu Sports Art Center,including: 1.Based on the national fitness strategy,taking the road of integrated development;2.Improving the supporting service functions to meet the diversified needs of the citizens;3.Enriching the service items and optimizing the service content;4.Highlighting its own characteristics to attract the citizens to consume 5.Accurate market positioning and reasonable price strategy.To build a sports service complex for promoting the synchronous development of other industries while focusing on sports industry is one of the ways for county-level city to implement the National Fitness strategy and break through the current development of bottleneck of sports industry.Through the case study of Xipu Sports Art Center,we hope to provide a reference for the construction and development of sports service complex in other counties and cities in China. |
