Health Qi Gong Wu Qinxi is an excellent traditional Chinese culture and a treasure of Chinese culture.Learning health Qi Gong can not only effectively exercise the body,but also cultivate the character,cultivate the mind and enrich the leisure life.The study of health Qi Gong by college students not only enriches the content of college physical education class,but also stimulates college students' understanding and understanding of traditional culture,which is conducive to the inheritance and development of traditional Chinese culture among college students.Health Qi Gong · Wu Qinxi,there are a lot of actions related to the balance ability,the specialized training to appropriately balance,can help college students to prevent and reduce the movement because of destruction of the balance due to the injury,is beneficial to improve performance,extend the life of the movement,can improve the efficiency of the human body neuromuscular work more,so that the students can better complete their studies.At the same time a long time of physical exercise can promote students to develop a good habit of sports for a good foundation for lifelong sports.In this paper,the effect of health Qi Gong and Wu Qinxi on the balance ability of college students was studied.The test results of the participants were analyzed before and after the experimental intervention training,and the following conclusions were drawn:(1)Compared with the experimental group's own static balance ability before and after the experiment,the differences in the results of three tests(one-eyed monopod standing,one-foot forefoot standing,and transverse wood tramping test)were very significant for boys and girls in the experimental group(P<0.01).(2)Control group before and after their own static balance ability control,control group test of male and female college students in the eyesclosed single foot test results are very significant;The results of standing test on the sole forefoot were not significant for boys and significant for girls.The test results of the crosswalk test were not significant for boys and very significant for girls.(3)The static balance ability of the experimental group was compared with that of the control group.The results of the blind monopod test in the experimental group were very significant for boys and significant for girls.The results of standing test with one foot forefoot were not significant for boys and very significant for girls.There was no significant difference between boys and girls(P>0.05).(4)The dynamic balance ability before and after the test group was compared with that of the experimental group.In the analysis of the test results of piaffe with closed eyes and linear walking,postnatal changes were very significant in both men and women(P<0.01).(5)The dynamic balance ability of the control group before and after the experiment was compared with that of the control group.In the analysis of the difference results of piaffe test with closed eyes,there was no significant difference between boys and girls.In the analysis of the difference results of the straight-line walking test,the boys' performance was significant,while the girls' performance was very significant.(6)The dynamic balance ability of the experimental group was compared with that of the control group.In the analysis of the difference between the dynamic balance test of jumping pile and the pipe-closing pipe-stepping test,the male students were not significant,while the female students were very significant.In the analysis of the difference results of the straight-line walking test,the boys were not significant(P>0.05)and the girls were significant(P>0.01).
