oday the growing improvement of pressure in study on middle school students,the depending on computer and mobile phone,the facing to heavy bag,high or low desk everyday,and the enrollment rate attract increasingly both school and parents' eyes,Meanwhile the decreasing of physical exercises cause many middle school students' adverse changes in body posture while in their growth process.Especially,the spine health is seriously affected.Spinal deformity occurs in many middle school students,such as humpback,saddle back,scoliosis,stiff neck high and low shoulder,upper crossed syndrome and permanently neck and waist back pain symptoms.More seriously,many middle school students feel dizzy,headache,memory decay,myopic eye,obesity,hypertension,gastrointestinal disease because of the influence of the spine health.These relevant symptoms have an effect in study and life,and in physical and psychological health on middle school students.But,there less effective intervention measures aiming at the middle school students' spinal health problems.With the rapid development of rehabilitation medicine,increasingly importance has been attached to sports and rehabilitation medicine.Rotation distortion of the spine,pull stretch,add strength,and external and internal cultivation are all the characteristics of Yi Jin Jing,It is highly favored as the essence of Chinese traditional sports.Yi Jin Jing has achieved significant effects both in clinical rehabilitation and scientific research about other chronic spinal disease.By using the teaching experiment,the research is to explore the impact of Yi Jin Jing to middle school students' spinal health and analyze the causes and mechanisms.The research takes No.24 middle school students as the research object.328 junior high school students from 6 classes,Grade1 and 2,are taken out randomly.Every extracted student is evaluated on spine using spinal health assessment scale(the higher the score,the more obvious the spine problem).60 subjects are randomly divided into experimental group and blank control group,30 people in each group.HX-200 pulse therapeutic apparatus is used to test,record and save everyone's scores of four spine health index in each group,that are the stability,frequency,mobility,and motoricity of neck,chest,waist and sacral vertebrae.The experimental group lasts 12 weeks' Yi Jin Jing exercises,45 minutes per time,1 time per day,3 days per week.12 weeks later,SX-200 pulse therapeutic apparatus is used again to test and save date on the spine of everybody in each group,according to those test contents and methods before the experiment.Between the experiment group with the interference from Yi Jin Jing exercise and the blank control group without exercise interference,By comparison the numerical difference of four spine health index of each segment of the spine in terms of stability,frequency,mobility,and motoricity before and after the experiment to discuss the impact of Yi Jin Jing on middle school students' spine health,to find effective method,which are the treatment and interference to middle school students' spinal health problems,to improve middle school students' spinal health,to prevent and decrease the occurrence of related diseases,to play a positive role in middle school students' physical and mental healthy growth,and to reduce the corresponding burden between school,students and parents.The results showed that: Doing a comparison between groups of the numerical difference in each group before and after the experiment,the scores of four spine health index of each segment of the spine in terms of stability,frequency,mobility,and motoricity in the experiment group and the blank control group,there are significant numerical differences in neck,chest,waist,sacral vertebrae and other spinal health index,except the motoricity of neck,frequency of chest,and the mobility of sacral vertebrae.It conclusions that: middle school students who suffering from spinal health problems,after 12 weeks' experiment with interference from Yi Jin Jing exercise,there is positive improvement of Yi Jin Jing on middle school students spinal health problems and the effect is obvious difference compared with students without interference from Yi Jin Jing exercise.It shows that Yi Jin Jing is a convenient feasible and effective physical exercise and interference method to prevent and control middle school students' spinal lesions.Suggestions: It is positively and reasonably to apply and promote Yi Jin Jing in the process of middle school students' learning and physical exercise,thus preventing and curing spinal pains,and to promote and ensure the middle school students' physical and mental health all-round development...
