Eight pieces of Jin,Yi Jin Jing,five poultry play and other fitness qigong have always been loved and loved by the elderly.In recent years,the general administration of sport of China has increased its publicity and popularization of fitness qigong,which has made colleges and universities attach great importance to the promotion of college students in sports courses.This research uses the literature material method,interview method,experimental method,psychological measurement method,mathematical statistics method to eight female college students in school period of Jin,Yi Jin Jing exercise,effect is studied through the exercise of body and mind.The experimental results showed that:(1)exercise of easy muscle tone and Ba Duan Jin qigong can improve flexibility and balance,which has certain influence on the reduction of the thickness of abdominal skin folds.(2)both Yi Jin sutra and Ba Duan Jin qigong can improve attention,improve attention dispersion and increase concentration time.(3)both hypertensive dysmenorrhea and Ba Duan Jin qigong can reduce depression and anxiety.It can make the heart calm,alleviate the bad mood,promote the body and mind happy,improve the negative emotion,improve the mental health level,improve the state of mind.(4)Ba Duan Jin qigong is better than Yi Jin exercise in balancing quality.(5)in flexible quality Yi Jin after exercise is better than that of Eight Jin,and the effects on female students' state of mind,active,cheerful,calm,excited,four positive mood index is higher than the eight period of Jin group,and thought,anger,depressive,no vitality four negative mood below eight period of Jin group,and improving mood more than eight period of Jin group.(6)there was no improvement in lung capacity after three months of exercise.Accordingly,the following recommendations are made:(1)actively guide female college students to participate in the exercise of Yi Jin Jing and eight sections of brocade,so that female collegestudents can understand the value of eight pieces of brocade and easy reinforcement to body and heart.(2)for the improvement of lung capacity,it is necessary to carry out the eight long and easy exercises to improve the breathing capacity of the lung function,which will make the exercise more effective.(3)female college students can choose eight pieces of brokels as an exercise program in order to improve their balance ability and strengthen the muscle strength of lower limbs.(4)female college students can choose the easy to exercise program when strengthening their flexibility.(5)female college students can better relieve psychological emotions and relieve psychological stress in the exercise,which can be used as an exercise program.
