Insist for a long time to health qigong exercise, Notonly can strong body, improve the old people health status, and can play to prevent andcure diseases, prolong life effect.This article USES the methods of questionnaire and documentation,To the ChongQing Kowloon slope area part health qigong Yi Jin Jing and Ba Duan Jin to practicegroup, To jiulongpo district part does not have or not often participate in any olderpopulation of exercise for the control group, From the body health, mental health, anddaily activities ability, social support and so health dimension, Research over3monthsof health qigong Yi Jin Jing, Ba Duan Jin exercise for the elderly comprehensive healtheffects. The prospect for health qigong in older further popularized in the crowd providetheoretical guidance for old people choose health qigong exercise to provide thereference.The results show:3months of health qigong Yi Jin Jing and Ba Duan Jin exercisewith no or not often participate in any exercise between the older population of bodyhealth risks, mental health (depression), daily activity ability, social support level allhave different degree of significant difference (P <0.05or P <0.01), and acrobaticsgroup (Yi Jin Jing group, Ba Duan Jin group) in statistical difference between notsignificant, acrobatics group of each health dimension scores are better than the controlgroup.Conclusion:3months of health qigong Yi Jin Jing, Ba Duan Jin exercises canincrease the elderly body health, reduce the risk of body; Improve the elderly depressionin, increase the mental health level; Relief for the elderly increase of age in functionalobstacle, enhance the elderly daily activities ability; Old people in health qigongactivities through the mutual exchange and communication, improve the oldrelationships, improve the social support level. A combination of the several aspects ofcontent, think long-term and health qigong exercise can improve the elderly comprehensive health situation, and improve the health of the elderly. More healthqigong in old advice in the crowd to popularize strength, let more old people can enjoyhealth qigong exercise the benefits.
