In 2014 the Ministry of Education issued Examination of The Implementation Opinions on Ordinary High School Level,which caused the wide attention from all walks of life.From "What? How to test?"to " How to teach",these have become the focus of discussion.Ideological and political discipline is the academic level exam study subject, and promoting its academic level exam strategy research has the very high research value.This paper adopts the research methods of "problem introduction, analysis of the problem and puting forward countermeasures ". Firstly, I collect and analyse literature to clarify the meaning of high school ideological and political academic proficiency test. Secondly,I do further comparative analysis about examinations and college entrance examination. Thirdly, through the analysis of the Fuzhou middle school teachers, I set about exploring the significance of the implementation of the high school ideological and Political Education. Fourthly, on the basis of analyzing the background of the current examination reform, in this paper I summarizes and analyzes the possibility and the problems of the implementation of the high school ideological and political education. Finally,I combine this paper with practice, studying the high school ideological and political education level of the test strategy in three aspects,which are the content of the exam, evaluation mechanism, and classroom teaching. And meanwhile I use case analysis method to sample. In the course of the study, I mainly use domestic and foreign research and analysis based on the literature research method, interview based survey research method, and teaching case analysis based on case studies, etc..The results show that although there are some obstacles and difficulties, reform will be more practical as long as the core objectives of the discipline training, the establishment of objective and effective evaluation mechanism, the implementation of diversified classroom teaching,. In the course of the study, I still collected a large number of high school ideological and political education of the level of information, updated my teaching ideas, and provided the basis for future teaching practice.
