The Research On The Construction Route Of The School Shared Teaching And Research Group

The teaching and research group is a teaching research organization, which is organized by the school discipline. It is deeply rooted in the middle and primary schools in China. Its main function is to lead and organize the teaching and research work of a discipline. But in the actual operation of the teaching and research group, there is a bias in the function of the teaching and research group. The teaching and research activities in the form of a single, the teaching research is diluted, and the members of the teaching and research group are low, so the effect is not satisfactory. Based on this, this paper takes an ordinary middle school as the main research object, using the method of interview survey, combined with the author’s work experience and comprehension, from the characteristics of teachers, and puts forward to promote the construction of teaching and research group to promote the construction of teaching and research group, to improve the quality of teaching and research group, to effectively play the role of the school teaching and research. It is suggested that we should build a teaching research team, develop the teaching method of "Reading Club", "workshop", "reflective window" and "research", and build a shared teaching and research group. The construction of shared teaching and research group not only needs the support of the school, but also the teachers have a common vision, to follow the common norms, with perseverance, can form a good sharing atmosphere, through continuous accumulation, forming a shared teaching and research group.
