The Current Situation And Reform Path Of Physical Education Teaching And Research Organization Construction In Shanxi Ordinary High Schools

Sports educational research group is a professional organization of the school sports work,sports not only affects the educational research group construction of the subject quality of teaching,but also the success or failure of the new curriculum reform for school sports,in this paper,the Shanxi Province ordinary high school sports and descriptive statistics,understand the current situation of the construction of the educational research group,and study of the influence factors analysis,to study the change path,aims to improve the level of Shanxi Province ordinary high school sports educational research group construction,to provide the reference for the construction of Shanxi Province ordinary high school sports educational research group.This research in Shanxi Province ordinary high school sports educational research group as the research object,this article USES the questionnaire survey,literature data method,mathematical statistics method,interview method and logic analysis to the shanxi regional sports current situation of the construction of the educational research group investigation,a total of 300 questionnaires,288 effective questionnaires were taken back,the study applies SPSS19.0 software to Shanxi Province ordinary high school sports do exploratory factor analysis the influence factors of the educational research group construction.The research results are as follows :(1)the majority of the activity frequency of the physical education teaching and research group of ordinary high schools in Shanxi Province is once a week,the teachers are active in teaching and research activities,and the status quo of regular activities and non-regular activities is good.(2)for the most part of Shanxi Province ordinary high school sports educational research group have a clear rules and regulations,but there are still a part of the high school rules and regulations is not sound,the educational research group has a clear development goals,most sports on benefit situation,most of theteachers in the teaching and research activities of the gains,in the construction of the function and role play,study better function,guiding function,management function,communication function is poorer.(3)based on the factor analysis of the physical education teaching and research group of ordinary high schools in Shanxi Province,it is concluded that there are three factors affecting the construction of the physical education teaching and research group,which are teaching and research environmental factors,personal factors and professional factors.(4)through the questionnaire survey and interview survey method,talks about the construction of Shanxi Province ordinary high school sports and investigate the influencing factors,and to promote the Shanxi Province ordinary high school sports and the research work smoothly,is in Shanxi Province ordinary high school sports the basis of current situation of the construction of the educational research group,to seek the change path,from clear direction of the educational research group work,organize efficient teaching and researching activities,schools intensify support three aspects to analyze the change path.
