Research On Current Situation And Restricting Factors Of Urban Professionals Participate In Leisure Sports

With economic development, social progress and improvement in living standards, the colorful recreational content and mode become booming, and recreation gradually becomes an indispensable part of people's lives. As a fashion and healthy way of getting exercise, Leisure sports continue to attract more and more people to participate in with its unique charm. Taking an actively part in Leisure sports makes you gain physical fitness, get relaxed and entertainment, form personal interests, improve your quality of life and so on. Because Leisure sports have great function and value in psychology, physiology, etc., it gains more and more attention currently.However, there are many internal and external constraints for urban professionals participating in recreational sport. This paper, in the view of Questionnaire Survey and the Mathematical Statistics, taking the urban professionals in Fuzhou as the research object, is intended to analyze the current situation and restricting factors on participation in recreational sport of urban professionals.Firstly, this study obtains the relevant data in Fuzhou professionals with the method of Questionnaire Survey; Secondly, using description statistic method to analyze the social-demographic characteristics of respondents and their current situation on participation in recreational sport by means of SPSS PASW Statistics 21.0; thirdly, this research uses the Factor Analysis Method to test the models which constructed to reflect the restricting factors of recreational sport and also to extract four restricted dimensions i.e. personal limit dimension, interpersonal limit dimensions, structural constraints dimension, experience limit dimension; The paper has a further analyze on the relationship between different demographic characteristics (sex, age, occupation, education, marital status, income) and these constraint dimensions.The study shows that the top third of restricting factors are lack of time?companions and stadiums;professionals of different genders and degrees have no significant difference on all of four restricted dimensions; professionals of different ages have significant difference on the experience limit dimension; professionals of different jobs have significant difference on the structural constraints dimension;professionals of different marital status have significant difference on the interpersonal limit dimensions;professionals of different incomes have significant difference on the experience limit dimension.Finally,this study brings forward a series of suggestion to raise the urban professionals' participation in recreational sport in governmental? corporate?interpersonal?personal ways.
