This paper mainly applied three research methodologies---literature analysis, inductive analysis and comparative research. By collecting and analyzing related literature, reading books, summarizing the college entrance examination, college entrance examination reform process and college entrance Biological reform process, defining the ability requirements of biology college entrance examination, and briefly introducing proposition theory, it compared the college entrance biology examination in Fujian and national curriculum standards volume for the last five years (2011-2015). It included paper structures, knowledge examination, capacity requirements and proposition technology. According to the test question characteristic, I put forward ten suggestions for high school biology teaching. First of all, strengthening the training of Language competence. Second, keeping the emphasis of each module balance. The third, focusing on the knowledge points that is easily ignored. The forth, pay attention to the combine of elective module with compulsory module. The Fifth, pay attention to the development of comprehensive ability. The Sixth,consolidate the basic knowledge. The Seventh is to lead students to reasonably choice the test questions. The eighth point is pay attention to the cultivation of scientific thinking. The ninth point is to contact real life and improve biological science literacy. The last, strengthening directional training. I hope my research will help high school biology teacher in Fujian province to learn more about the characteristics of Fujian biology college entrance examination papers and National curriculum standards volume. Proposals about teaching were given. There is also some reference value for the province that will use National curriculum standards volume.
