The concept of "core literacy" was first mentioned in Comprehensively Deepening Curriculum Reform and the Opinions on Carrying out the Fundamental Task of Cultivating Morality and Cultivating people published by the Ministry of education in2014,which was regarded as The Curriculum Standard of Biology in Senior High School in 2017.College Entrance Examination is an important form of talent selection in China.It is an effective evaluation and a measurement mechanism for the cultivation effect of core literacy of high school students.With the development of the times,the College Entrance Examination is also in constant reform,in the reform of the students' discipline core literacy requirements are also constantly improving,the questions of College Entrance Examination are gradually transformed into the examination of discipline core literacy as the focus.Nevertheless,there are few literatures on the core literacy of biology in the national college entrance examination.Because the author's province has been using the national Volume ? since 2016,and the analysis on the biology national examination questions ? from the perspective of biological core literacy has not yet emerged,the relevant research is imperative.This thesis attempts to take the core literacy of biology as the breakthrough point,and take the national biology Volume ? of national college entrance examination in2016-2020 as the research object,using the approaches of literature research,statistical analysis,cases analysis,performance research and so on.Firstly,from the aspects of the national college entrance examination questions,such as the type of test questions,the type of test questions,the comprehensive capacity of the national College EntranceExamination questions has been analyzed.Secondly,from the four dimensions of biological core literacy,we found the change tendency of each dimension of core literacy.Summing up the characteristics of each dimension can help optimize classroom teaching methods,formulate more effective classroom teaching strategies,and effective suggestions for college entrance examination preparation have been provided in the applicable areas of national Volume ?.The analysis reveals that: in the national college entrance examination Biology ? test questions,the scores of the four dimensions of biological discipline core literacy have altered in different years in the past five years,among which the score of scientific thinking literacy is the highest,and the proportion of life concept literacy is the second,showing an increasing trend in the past five years,but it has a small drop in 2019;scientific inquiry literacy.From 2016 to 2019,it is increasing trend,and decreased in2020;social obligation literacy reveals steady increasing trend in the past five years;and the examination of subject thinking literacy remains relatively stable.The characteristics of the test questions of biological core literacy in the national biology test paper ? of the national college entrance examination in the past five years are as follows:(1)the characteristics of the quality of life concept: examine important concepts,infiltrate the concept of life;examine the concept of life as a carrier in the real life,learning and practice situation.(2)The characteristics of scientific thinking literacy test questions: using the model,analyzing the change rules in the charts and explaining the reasons,so as to explore the phenomenon and law of life;combining with the examine' daily life situation,analyzing some phenomena in cell metabolism and life activities,so as to cultivate and develop the examinee's ability to summarize and clarify life phenomena.(3)The characteristics of scientific inquiry literacy are as follows:taking specific life phenomenon as carrier,putting forward relevant questions and designing experiments or analyzing experimental conclusions;taking biological phenomena in real life,contents of biological research and problems or situations raised after the knowledge transfer of these contents as carriers;in genetic topics,scientific inquiry literacy has more infiltration.(4)The characteristics of the test questions of social responsibility.Based on exam characteristics,this thesis proposed the following teaching strategies for strengthening the core literacy of biology in senior three review.First,the construction of the conceptual model,the use of hot current events,into the concept of life,clever use of conceptual model construction,the use of hot current events,into theconcept of life,the scientific literacy is soared.Secondly,we should use the classical experiments in the history of biology,skillfully use hypothesis deduction method to cultivate scientific thinking,and use history of biological science and inductive inquiry experiments to improve the scientific inquiry literacy.Finally,it is necessary to excavate the column of teaching materials,connect with social hot spots,create a teaching situation and infiltrate social responsibility.
