In the reform movement based on curriculum standards,many countries have placed curriculum standards in a very important position,and in constantly revising and perfecting their contents,so as to establish a curriculum system that conforms to the national conditions,conforms to the development requirements of the times and the requirements of talent training,and promotes the reform and perfection of the examination evaluation system.China is no exception,in the 2003 edition of the High School Chemical Curriculum Standard guided China's curriculum reform for more than ten years,the curriculum standard is revised and perfected again,and the 2017 edition of the High School Chemical Curriculum Standard.It has made adjustment to adjust and update the original teaching content,and put forward the teaching mode of the integrated teaching evaluation.The curriculum standard is the basis of the examination proposition,and it is very important to study the consistency of the college entrance examination paper and the curriculum standard.Only when standardized tests are consistent with curriculum standards can teachers play a positive role in teaching and student learning,only when standardized tests are consistent with curriculum standards can we make teaching develop in the direction of curriculum standards and national expectations,and only when standardized testing is consistent with curriculum standards can we truly achieve high-quality teaching.In recent years,the literature on the degree of conformity between the chemistry examination paper of the college entrance examination and the 2003 edition of the High School Chemistry Curriculum Standard shows that there is no obvious consistency between the two.Two years after the 2017 edition of the High School ChemistryCurriculum Standard was promulgated,in order to enlighten the current teaching and college entrance examination,and to arouse the attention of front-line teachers and college entrance examination propositions to the chemistry curriculum standards,this paper uses SEC analysis tools to study the consistency and consistency trends between the 2017-2019 edition of the national volume of Chemistry II and the 2017 edition of the High School Chemistry Curriculum Standard,as well as the deviation of the three papers in terms of content subject and cognitive level compared to the curriculum standards.The research process consists of three steps,starting with coding the 2017 edition of the High School Chemistry Curriculum Standard and the paper,creating a two-dimensional matrix statistics table and converting it into a two-dimensional matrix ratio table.Next,the data in the two-dimensional matrix ratio table is taken into the consistency coefficient formula to calculate the consistency coefficient value.Finally,from the two dimensions of content subject and cognitive level,the paper and curriculum standards are compared by chart,and the corresponding conclusions are drawn,and the current teaching suggestions and proposition suggestions are given.The results of this study show that there is no significant consistency between the2017-2019 national volume II of college entrance examination of chemistry and the 2017 edition of the High School Chemistry Curriculum Standard,and there are some deviations in the content subject dimension and cognitive level dimension,but the consistency coefficient is on the rise.In the content topic dimension,compared with the2017 edition of the High School Chemistry Curriculum Standard,the three examination papers have increased the examination of the subject "Chemical Science and Experimental Inquiry","Common Inorganic Objects and Their Application","The Composition and Structure of Organic Compounds","The Direction,Limits and Rate of Chemical Reactions",and weakened the examination of the subject "The Structural Basis and The Law of Chemical Reactions," "Chemical and Social Development," "Biological And Synthetic Polymers".Three of the papers examined the subject "Chemistry and Social Development" at a rate of 0.In the cognitive level dimension,compared with the2017 edition of the High School Chemistry Curriculum Standard,the three examinationpapers significantly increased the understanding and application of these two cognitive level of examination efforts,both weakened the understanding and knowledge of the two cognitive level of the examination,the cognitive level of the most obvious reduction of the examination of cognitive level,the knowledge of cognitive level of the examination of the less deviation.
