With the continuous pushing of new course reform, applications and researches of case teaching method have gained great achievement in the geography cases teaching of high school. But a lot of researches are mainly focus on the process of case teaching, links of implements, the analysis of teaching materials and the others. On the contrary, teaching case as the basis of case teaching, researches of developing geography teaching cases are unrewarded.In view of the lack of research in teaching cases develop, the paper selected the teaching cases develop in high school geography teaching as research direction. Designed to provide reference for geography teachers to develop teaching cases, and constantly enrich the research theory of teaching case develop, improve the professional level of geography teachers, and promote the continuous deepening of the new curriculum reform. The paper use three research methods, which include questionnaire survey and teaching video analysis, to identify problems, analyze problems, and put forward solutions.In order to complete high school geography teaching case develop theory system, the paper summarizing the results of previous studies and then proposed the high school geography teaching case develop structure system which including teaching cases selection, use, quality evaluation and correction, resource library construction and update four aspects. Then the paper put forward the strategy of the high school geography teaching case development. Finally, With the guidance of the structure system of geography teaching cases develop in senior high school, combined with the rural geography resources of Minjiang river in Fujian province, developed an suitable teaching case for geography teaching in senior high school, and designed the corresponding teaching design.
