With the development of urbanization and industrialization,the left-behind children came into public.The party and government develop several social policies and programs to promote left-behind children grow healthy Academic research had turned their attention from the problems to the positive and healthy qualities of left-behind children.This study based on "ni feng fei xiang" resilience promoting group of Social Work Practice Research.,operated the protective factor of the left-behind children into the intervention content by using group work methods to enhance the resilience of left-behind children.Differences test results showed that:(1)before intervention,the left-behind children and non-left-behind children's resilience level differences are significant,especially in terms of family support,the difference was significant;(2)After intervention,the resilience of left-behind children had significantly improvement.(3)After intervention,the resilience of left-behind children was higher than non-left-behind children,especially in emotional control,positive cognitive,interpersonal and family support to assist the four dimensions,the children left behind scores were higher than non-left-behind children.,it means that the intervention has a certain effect.(4)Research also found that different types of left-behind family structure difference was not significant effect on left-behind children.Research conclusion: description for the left-behind children practice resilience research is effective;Secondly,with the aid of art force model to formulate intervention scheme is feasible,and it will be better able to help researchers understand how the intervention of the service object art force and make the service process more target directivity.
