Team Working Methods Improve Resilience Developing Of Migrant Children

The study take Nanjing JianYeOu civil affairs bureau "Promote children’s resilience" practice project "the resilience small child stars" as the case analysis,using qualitative research participatory observation and analyse the socialworks’ work notes to collection data, and used the case analysis as a research method。The project combining resilience development model and social work team work method promote children’s resilience developing, for resilience development model as social work team work promote the resilience developing of children a guide for a preliminary discussion。The conclusion are:using the resilience development model and taking strength perspective as ideational system and combining social work team work could promote children’s developing service is impossible; resilience development model provide social work migrant children’s services an assessment and service framework,that making social work practice more directionality and objectives; Social work service in effect by service quality time, the place, the personnel and the service object influence。But need special attention some points: always adhere to the value idea of social work:the strength perspective and client as basis; should be paid attention to implementation services changing a single orientation to integration social work;As far as possible in the condition, promote child of participatory development.The article is divided into three parts in total: The first part including the problem put forward;The related literature summary; Research significance and the concepts defined.The second part including introduction and analysis the migrant children " the resilience little child stars" project and the work method;And the project into three parts;The implementation of the project sums up the three characteristics.The third part mainly summarized the conclusion of case analysis, and a reflection the four big problem of theresilience developing and social work developing.
