In recent years,the development of information technology has brought opportunities and challenges to the network teaching.But the development of network teaching has not brought about prominent effect.So we need a complete and comprehensive evaluation system to evaluate the situation of network teaching.At present,the study on the evaluation of network teaching is about the main elements of teaching,which does not take into account the effect that has brought to the students,teachers,teaching staff and teaching system itself.So,based on the summary of previous research,the concept of information ecology is introduced into the network teaching.Network teaching evaluation not only aims to provide a new paradigm,but also provides reference for network teaching.This paper firstly makes a literature review on the network teaching evaluation and information ecology evaluation.The related research was summarized,through which we found that although more research in network teaching evaluation,but less relevant achievements in information ecology theory.So the ecological information network teaching is a new research direction;Secondly,this paper explores the development of network teaching form,and summarizes the characteristics and advantages of network teaching,and discusses the teaching mode of network teaching;Thirdly,the concept of the information ecology and the elements of the information ecosystem are explained,and the equilibrium state of the information ecosystem is also described.Subsequently,paper take the information ecological concept into the network teaching.This network teaching information ecology system contains the general characteristics of the three elements:information,information man and information environment.The system has the information ecosystem and its running target is maintaining the balance of system.However,the quality and interaction of each element in the system will affect the running state,so it is needed to establish a set of effective index system to evaluate the system.Therefore,based on the system integrity,function and development,this paper come up with one new evaluation index system which contains that three criteria: system structure,function and development.The evaluation index system determines the weights of indicators at all levels of the single stage and synthetic weight with the expert scoring method and analytic hierarchy process.Finally,through the research of the network teaching in Anhui University of Finance and Economics(AUFE),this paper conducted a questionnaire survey for the students,teachers and administrators,which collected thebasis data.On this basis,paper using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,the running state of the AUFE network education information ecosystem which get a good conclusion was evaluated.On the basis of the concrete analysis of this conclusion,paper summarizes the weakness of AUFE network teaching and advantages that can be used in the process.And based on this empirical results,paper put forward the countermeasures to optimize the network teaching information ecosystem.In this paper,a network teaching information ecosystem model is constructed through the intersection of subjects.And through the empirical research,the feasibility of the network teaching information ecosystem evaluation method is proved.Using analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,the running state of the network teaching information ecosystem of AUFE was evaluated,and the guiding suggestions were provided for the development of the network teaching in AUFE.
