Purpose of study:In a supplementary oxygen movement and the tea polyphenol in type 2 diabetic rats for a period of 8 weeks of intervention, finally discusses add aerobic exercise and tea polyphenols have effect on type 2 diabetic rats kidney levels of inflammatory factors, so as to provide the experimental basis for the prevention and treatment of diabetes mellitus.Research methods:1.60 six weeks old healthy male SD rats,1 weeks after adaptive feeding with ordinary feed, were randomly divided into two groups:normal control group (group N=8), D model group (N=52), the model group was fed with high fat diet. After 4 weeks, rats in each group, fasting, can not help but water 12h, D group of rats each intraperitoneal injection of.Bw 30mg/kg, C group of rats injected with the same dose of sodium citrate buffer solution. After 7d injection of 3D, blood glucose was measured, blood glucose value is more than 16.7 mmol/L for T2DM modeling.2. T2DM rats were randomly divided into four groups:quiet control group (N=8 group DM), aerobic exercise group (N=8 group DE), tea polyphenol group (N=8 group DT), aerobic exercise+tea polyphenol group (DET group N=8). Group DE and group DET rats were earned out without weight bearing swimming training for 8 weeks, each week was trained 1H 6D. Every day, DT group and DET group rats were administrated with tea polyphenols 600mg/kg.bw, other groups with double distilled water volume as the stomach, a total of 8 weeks. Eighth weeks later rats in each group were fasting, can not help the water 12h, weight and fasting blood glucose, abdominal anesthesia, abdominal aortic blood and kidney tissue.3. To measure the serum insulin, blood urea nitrogen, creatinine and kidney tissue IL-6 and IL-1 beta mRNA expression and TNF-level.Research results:1. Rats kidney tissue HE staining results showed that, no abnormality was found in the rats in group C kidney; DM rats kidney and group C compared to the glomerular appeared hypertrophy, mesangial matrix increased gap, nuclear accumulation and inflammatory infiltration phenomenon; De, DT, DET group renal lesions compared with DM group were lessened, det group reduce the most obvious.3. Groups, blood indexes:?Blood glucose:after the success of modeling group D all the rats blood glucose and C compared very significantly increased (P<0.01); after aerobic exercise combined tea polyphenols supplement 8 weeks:De, DT group and DM group compared (P<0.05) decreased significantly, DET group and DM group comparison, it is found that (P<0.01) was significantly reduced, the blood glucose of det group tends to normal levels.?Fins and HOMA-IR:DM group and C group rats fins, HOMA-IR significantly increased (P<0.05) compared to; after aerobic exercise combined tea polyphenols supplement 8 weeks:De, DT group and DM group compared to the fins, HOMA-IR decreased significantly (P<0.05); det group and DM group compared to the fins, HOMA-IR was significantly decreased (P<0.01); det group and de group compared with HOMA-IR (P< 0.05) has decreased significantly.?SCR, BUN:DM group and the C group compared to the SCR, bun have increased significantly (P< 0.05); after aerobic exercise combined tea polyphenols supplement 8 weeks:De, DT group and DM group compared BUN levels were significantly lower (P<0.05), serum creatinine (SCR) have significantly decreased (P<0.01); DT group and de group compared to the bun also decreased significantly (P<0.01); det group and DM group than that of bun and SCR were significantly decreased (P?0.01); det group and de group compared to the level of bun also significantly decreased (P?0.01).4. Kidney inflammatory cytokines IL-1, IL-6, TNF alpha:DM group and C group compared to IL-6 and IL-1 mRNA expression was significantly increased (P<0.01) and TNF alpha levels also were significantly increased (P<0.01); after aerobic exercise combined tea polyphenols supplement 8 weeks:de group, DT group, DET group and DM group compared very significantly decreased (P< 0.01).Research conclusion:T2DM rats with increase the level of inflammatory factors and after aerobic exercise and supplement of tea polyphenols intervention can be improved to different degrees in rats of insulin resistance and the pathological changes of the rat kidney eased, inflammatory factor expression levels also decreased, and for the performance of the aerobic exercise combined tea polyphenols supplement intervention effect is better.
