Fujian college entrance examination has gone through seven years of independent proposition. In 2016, national college entrance examination paper will be reinstated. The purpose of e examination is to select talents who can satisfy the national social needs, which can be realized by taking the form of examination paper. Different examination paper has different standards and different question types. The studies on the college entrance examination have significant effect on the front-line teaching.Some methods were used in this study including summary of experience, data collection and literature. It is studied that the structure of the national college entrance examination paper has been "7+3+1" (where "1" represents one from three) since 2011. In recent years, according to the national college entrance examination capacity requirements, pluralistic structure of the problems should be given priority. The ability of relevance and the ability of migration have dominated in the level of thinking. The thinking method about compulsory questions mainly examines the classification and comparison in transformation thought. The core knowledge of inorganic substance mainly examines the sequence. It contains the properties of common chemical substances and its changes, the ionization equilibrium of weak electrolyte in the aqueous solution, the acid-base properties of solution and the salt hydrolysis, the rate of chemical reactions and chemical equilibrium and the conversion between the chemical energy and electricity. Some of the compulsory knowledge will be chosen from the amount of substance, the conversion between macroscopic area and microscopic area connected by the amount of substance, the precipitation dissolution equilibrium of the insoluble electrolyte and the mutual inversion between chemical energy and heat. The core knowledge of organics mainly examines carbon atoms bonding characteristics. The experimental questions mainly examine the principles. In recent years, the difficulty of optional questions has adjusted. The degree of difficulty of chemical and technical is increasing. The degree of difficulty of the material structure and properties is increasing too while the degree of difficulty of the basis of organic chemistry is decreasing. The sequence of difficulty from high to low is chemistry and technology, material structure and properties, organic chemistry in 2015. It is predicated that the difficulty of the material structure and properties in 2016 is becoming closer and closer to that of organics.
