Problem-based learning emphasizes teaching with real-world problems as the center, based on real situations to design problems, discussing and exchanging propose solutions through group learning, which is a student-centered learning. In the view of this paper, the application of the problem-based learning mode to chemical micro teaching in universities is expected to solve conventional one only concerned about students'teaching skills training while ignoring their ability to deal with classroom problem,change the learning style to promote their thinking and solve the problem of the real classroom teaching, thereby improving the effectiveness of the chemical micro teaching. The paper firstly shows the domestic and international research on PBL and chemical micro teaching by means of literature review, as well as the problems existing in the current chemical micro teaching, and then puts forward the construction of chemical micro teaching PBL teaching mode and the necessity and feasibility of the design study. According to the investigation about chemical interns internship phase in classroom teaching present situation and the research of the real classroom teaching coding, summarizes the existing problems and types in classroom teaching. By the type of problem, design principles, processes, I built the PBL chemical micro teaching "problems" design model, and then developed the "problem" of chemical micro teaching case, hoping to arouse students'thinking of problems in classroom teaching and solve problems to improve their teaching ability and level.
